Great unique ice cream choices in a cup, sugar cone or waffle cone. I got the salty dog in a cup and it was delicious. It was a combination of salty and sweet with caramel ice cream, pralines and brownie pieces. Although the brownie pieces were kind of clumpy

The owner dude clearly doesn't want to take the order. He will let you use the kiosk to order when I stood there waiting to make an order for a cup of ice cream. Low quality service and the dude who runs the place does not care. The ice cream was mediocre at best.

I guess they don't offer samples any more? Whenever we visit Lansing this place is one of our must gos. I am disappointed about the service we received due our last visit. The ice cream was great, as always. But the service left us feeling like a burden. Now I completely understand that people have bad days and I'm not expecting to be served like royalty at any establishment. But the young lady who took our order made us feel like we were like biggest burden to her. She did not greet us and was absorbed in her phone. I thought maybe she was just finishing up a text so I greeted her and kind of expected her to at least glance up at us. She just continued on her phone while asking us what we wanted. And didn't put it down or look up until we started ordering. After my husband ordered, she didn't ask me what I wanted and just went on her phone kinda ignoring us. I try and wait to order until the server asks me what I want in case they are still entering things in the system. I asked if I could try a flavor and she just straight up said "no". This was very disappointing. There was not a line. I wanted to try one flavor. I just said "okay" kinda confused and she let out a snarky laugh. I ended up ordering a flavor I had before. Like I said the ice cream was very good but the service left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

The ice cream is delicious and service is always friendly. I have not tried the food but the menu looks solid.

$20 for a mediocre burger. Patty was super thin as well as the bun with only 1 piece of bacon. I could've gotten a $2 burger at McDonalds for better quality. Not impressed. It was the spicy bacon burger, I did not get a photo.

Very expensive and food was flavorless. I got the bar cheese burger. When I ordered I thought I was substituting my fries for cheese curds and turns out it just cost $4 to add 2 cheese curds to your burger. I got the bar cheese burger with "a side of cheese curds" or so I thought and on a pretzel bun and it cost $31. I ended up throwing most of it away, there was no flavor and I was so irritated.

Interesting and tasty ice cream flavor combinations and they can mix any of them up into a boozy shake. A great complement to any one of their menu items.

We entered the Shuffle right by Browndog, and their case of colorful and delicious sounding ice creams right there was an immediate kid draw. Obviously, it was a must have. There is a really nice selection and variety of ice cream flavors, and any of them could be made into milkshakes - and they offer boozy milkshakes too. The little Yelper opted for the Superdog ice cream (lemon, cherry, and bluemoon) made into a milkshake, which got rave reviews. Browndog also offers burgers, sandwiches, and fries, in addition to their cool treats. Staff was friendly and efficient and did a great job keeping the line moving on a busy day - it was perfect weather for ice cream and shakes!
