I was driving in parking lot made last min decision to stop for a quick lunch. So glad I did, the food was standard Mexican fare but it was delicious fresh and more options than where I locally go. The service was great and answered all my questions. Atmosphere was clean and quiet the time I stopped. Will be returning.

We stumbled upon this place after arriving at chipotle for dinner right as two vans of young teenagers rolled up at the same time. In order to avoid a 30 minute wait in line, we searched for other options in the area and found Panchero's. I was intrigued to find that they had a similar concept and was excited to compare the two, along with our long love for QDoba. We were not greeted upon arrival and in fact, for not closing for another hour and a half, we felt like we were intruding on a business that was meant to close within the next ten minutes, as the dining chairs were all flipped on top of the dining tables, when we asked if they were still open, they reluctantly said yes, all three employees acted like they hated their jobs and could not have been any more less enthused to be there, take our order or speak at all. The lady whom I assume was the manager was quite rude and disconnected, while staring at my husband and I and are children as we ordered. So incredibly weird and awkward, For the food, the homemade tortilla was great, as were the carnitas that I ordered and the hot sauce. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The lettuce was lacking (sad looking and not fresh iceberg) and so were the beans and rice. I did appreciate the mix of the burrito innards before wrapping but not enough to ever go back anytime soon.

Having not been here in ages, I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I was quickly reminded why I don't come here and why I won't be back. Apparently, queso and guacamole, even the teeny tiny amount they put on my two tiny little cold tacos, takes the price of $7 tacos to $11 and some change. As far as cleanliness, even though the place had just opened for the day, the tables and floors were dirty. Customer service was also very lacking.

I've always enjoyed eating at pancheros. My closest friends would call me a burrito enthusiast for the amount of money I've spent at pancheros. As of late, I've been incredibly disappointed with not only the service, but also the quality of the food. This was my most recent, and last ever visit to this pancheros location. The beans tasted as if the juices from the can wasn't drained, and it contained a weird, pungent, smoky flavor to the entire meal that was horrendous. But that's not the worst part. I believe it was the manager of the restaurant. She was visibly sick and coughing up mucous while barely covering her mouth WHILE DEALING WITH FOOD. On top of that, she didn't have the decency to wear a mask despite being incredibly sick. I was appalled by the lack of sanitary restrictions she imposed on herself and I hope they do something to address this uncleanliness. This is the last time I'm going here.

This is our 4th trip to Pancheros within 2 weeks. The first 3 times were great but today's visit has turned us off to ever going there again! I ordered a side of rice and a chicken quesadilla. Normally after they throw it on the grill to begin prep, they will ask what else is wanted on it. Not only did I have to ask the preper why she was already prepping it without the other stuff I would like to have been asked about adding, but the lady was very sharp and snotty towards me, stating, "You didn't tell me anything but a chicken quesadilla!" Again, normally they ask you this as their prepping it on the grill. Aside from this, she had my cup of rice open and kept rubbing her nose and flinging her hair above it until I finally asked her to put a lid on the container! Very rude! Very unsanitary!

I'm not sure what ha happened to this place, but sometime after 2020 and all the shut downs, maybe not being able to get good employees, this place took a dive and has not recovered. I used to come here all the time for the last 10-15 years and they had good food and good service. The last three times I have been here the employees have gone from bad to worse, it's like bottom feeders, bottom rung employees that can't be bothered with hygiene or customer service. They all look creepy and filthy and that ice machine is always broken. So nobody's buying drinks from them anymore because there's no ice. Seems like it would be something that they would get fixed. I don't know who owns this place but they are losing a lot of money by not fixing this location.

Ordered from door dash, kinda gross with whats going on with my burrito. I opened it up and the receipt is stuck to my burrito I ordered. It is not doordash, it's the employee who made it. Kinda upset because I always come here and today I happened to order online.

It's a worse version of Chipotle with a sterile interior and anemic food. It's hard to mess up tacos, but they figured out the recipe.

I use to love Pancheros and was eager to grab a burrito while I was in town. The staff were not wearing masks which could be local ordinance, but if you have a runny nose you probably shouldn't wipe your face with your arm while preparing an order. I didn't event eat the meal... germs obviously. I will not be back to this location.

I witnessed an employee put salsa in my bowl that I didn't order, then proceed to attempt to scoop it out with their fingers. Then I saw the employee shake it up as if they thought we wouldn't see the chunks of salsa still left in my bowl. The shaking caused the lids not to seal which made a mess and went all over the bag. The order that was correct was unappetizing as well. I will not be returning, at least for a very long time. Not even a hater just keeping it real- LOOK AT THE PHOTO
