Alyssa this early morning was a breath of fresh air when she took my order this morning. It was absolutely what people need in the morning. She was amazing. I would always come back because of her. She works at your Waverly location in Lansing just amazing. She's a great worker for your business.

Went on Memorial Day for a pick me up before unpacking our U-Haul from a long three day move with high hopes. We saw 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches listed in the window and decided to order a few. We were greeted upon entry and asked for two sausage egg sandwiches and told they were out of sausage, aside from one last patty, could make more bacon since it took two minutes, and should have enough egg, maybe...cause the guy making the food wouldn't give the cashier a straight answer and she had to look herself. I asked if they could make more sausage and we'd wait but was told they were closing early at 3pm...it was 1pm. So we got one bacon and one sausage sandwich and then ordered two lunch sandwiches. Finally we ordered 2 more bacon breakfast sandwiches, stating we'd like the 2 for $6 deal. To end the order was one cold brew with two flavors and cream. We were charged over $60 which seemed high, but I'll get to that in a minute. The cold brew came first and apparently the cashier assumed I wanted extra sweet when I said I wanted two flavors which made it nearly undrinkable. Then we watched the two employees work as if they hated their jobs and wanted to go home as they ignored two other sets of customers wanting to order, lacked communication between each other, and wore the faces of someone annoyed and inconvenienced. We were finally called to collect our bag which looked small, so we questioned them and was told again, it's all there. They finally started taking the other customers orders who were already agitated and being told the same things of breakfast not being available due to closing early...in two hours, so I didn't feel it was appropriate to further delay their orders in educating the employees, who seemed like they wouldn't have cared anyway, on how everything was wrong with ours. Aside from the coffee, the first two breakfast sandwiches were charged at normal price since we didn't initially remind the cashier of their deal. Both were bacon with no sausage in sight. The lunch sandwiches were charged as combos. We just wanted and requested the sandwiches but were charged otherwise and didn't even get what's included as a combo either. The last two breakfast sandwiches were charged correctly because I had mentioned the deal prior to making that part of the order, but...they weren't in the bag at all. So overall we were charged nearly $15 dollars more for inaccurate order taking, and another $6 for missing food. Employees didn't care and kept reiterating and using the excuse of closing early two hours later. Prior to this review I did contact corporate who forwarded to the owner of this establishment with hopes of return contact that has yet to happen.

I'm trying to figure out if this is a Lansing thing because why is everyone always out of something? No hash browns at a breakfast spot? Ok. Breakfast bagels are always dry. There is no sauce in the sandwich. No salt or any kind of seasoning on the eggs. Also why does the bacon taste like it's been sitting out since yesterday? Pass.

Breakfast sandwich, English muffins not toasted at all, sausage barely cooked and hash browns tasted like they were freezer burned and then cooked. Gross!!!

I went though the drive thru today and when I got to the window I was told that the credit card reader wasn't working. I said that you should have a sign out there saying it doesn't work the lady said to me I said that to you when you ordered. That is funny, because a male took my order. I told her I would take my coffee for free. She then went to get her manager and he said that he can take my credit card at a different register. So, they are turning away customers because they don't want to walk over to another register. This is unreal. I am so sad to see that most of the Tim Hortons have closed in the area, I am sure that this one will follow suit as well.

Can't go wrong with an iced coffee and a Boston cream donut from Tim Hortons! The only thing that I didn't like about this visit was the 20 minute drive through line. Any other day I would have just passed seeing a line that wrapped around the building, but I had no place to be and a gift card to use!

There's no option for zero starts or negative, unfortunately. Tim Horton on Waverley road is the worst place you could ever imagine. Not only was it dirty but when you place an order expect to pay full or double price and get nothing but the receipt. If you ask what happened to your order, Kenya will tell you that there was no order. If you ask why did you charge me if I didn't order anything and why is there a receipt? She'll say you have to pay. There's no way for you to understand why you are paying for something you didn't get and on top of that Kenya is very disrespectful and unprofessional. She has no business dealing with customers. She is rude, stupid, has no idea what she's doing and she's never learned to treat customers with respect and professionalism.

Placed a mobile order this morning and waited at the order box for a few minutes until they said they would be right with us. Was very patient and waited for over 20 minutes until I asked if we could just tell them our mobile order to which they replied, as if annoyed "we will be with you when we can." No explanation just kept us waiting. Eventually we left and are trying to cancel and get our money back which is another ordeal. The service was terrible and I won't go here again.

It begins when you drive into the parking lot. Garbage strewn all over and giant pot holes. This is the second time we have been to this Tim Hortons while traveling. The first time my 'Refresher' had 3-5 pieces of ice. It tasted fine. This time we just wanted a can of coffee. Unfortunately we chose the drive through to order it and waited 20 minutes...
