Enkelt den bästa övergripande restaurangen (fin mat) i Minnesota. Platsen har plats för 20 personer. Vi hade det utökade erbjudandet (2. 5 timmar) med vinpar. Allt var utmärkt. Demi är helt enkelt spektakulärt! Vi har ätit på några Michelin-stjärniga restauranger i Europa, och jag tycker Demi är så bra. Mat och vinprovning menyn är fantastisk. Varje maträtt är en liten del av perfektion. Men det bästa med Demi är attityden - - eller, ska jag säga, LAGEN av attityd! Jag var inte ett fan av sked och stall de två gånger jag försökte det, så hoppades att Demi skulle bli en förbättring. Jag antar att du är en Minnesotan som aldrig har ätit någonstans utanför staten, du kan bli imponerad av all röken (bokstavlig) och speglar (figurativ), men sanningen är att maten är helt ointressant och utan smak. Från den allra första skålen, en bacon, ärter och mintbuljong (enligt kocken) som lätt kan förväxlas med vatten och grön matfärgning, måste jag kämpa för att hitta en maträtt som kunde distrahera mig från min telefon. Den wagyu gjorde, hur kunde det inte? Så gjorde en efterrätt, en sojamjölkspudding med kokosnöt, björksirap och mynta. Men förutom de två var det övergripande intrycket att använda billiga ingredienser och göra det lust att skapa en fest för ögonen istället för munnen.

Demi är ett måste gå. Intim, smart, omtänksam, god upplevelse. Jag gick med två andra vänner som var perfekt för U bar formatet på restaurangen. Kvällen vi var där, kocken Kaysen var direkt involverad i att servera och förklara sina rätter. Spektakulär möjlighet att förstå hans inspiration för restaurangen och känslorna bakom rätterna som han hantverkar. Vi njöt verkligen av vinparing och aperitif.
