Gick här eftersom min vän från out of state adores besöker DDD (Diners, Dyk etc. Guy Fieri) Tja, från det ögonblick som vi promenerade i var det klart att denna anläggning definitivt inte var ett dyk längre! Det är en uppdaterad pianobar med stor inredning, bekväma sittplatser och exklusiva drycker med priser som matchar. Vi stannade för ett par drinkar och njöt av sången tillsammans med piano.

Många människor jämför denna bar till vad det brukade vara. Som turist som aldrig visste denna plats före mitt besök älskade jag denna bar! Det var rent och väl inredda. Älskade att sätta sig rätt av pianisten. Hon var humoristisk och hade en mängd låtar hon kunde utföra. Människor vi sjunger med. Så glad att vi slutade här!

Den ursprungliga Nye var en super rolig avvikelse från att vara en ostlik plats i ett fint område med starkt hällda cocktails med dålig sprit. Miljön sätter scenen för vad man kan förvänta sig i mat och cocktails (matbricka, vem som helst?)

Den nya Nye har en posh plats i ett litet hörn av den gamla Nye's ursprungliga fotavtryck. Det har till och med ett tecken som hakar till den första linjen. Det är dock fortfarande dåligt bra - vätskor i nu dyra cocktails hälls inte starkt. Och var är skålen?

Jag hoppas att den fortsätter att växa upp och lägger till god sprit och en kitschy matbit.

Nyes är ett bra ställe att sluta för en cocktail när en drink och konversation är allt du behöver. Ingen mat serveras, men det finns en omfattande cocktailmeny. Den nya Nyes har behållit sitt nöjesklubbsutseende med läderstolar i båsarna, en fin lång bar och pianot som var en häftklammer på originalplatsen. Överbelysning är eklektisk, men ändå subtil. Nyes öppnade nyligen igen. Det är verkligen inte den gamla Nyes, men de har hållit några av fixturerna och införlivat dem på den nya platsen.

Vi besökte Party's för en sen natt fick sjunga-a-long och det var en fantastisk tid! Ledsen att höra det ska stänga för riktiga denna tid, det här är verkligen en Minneapolis pärla för någon publik. Säker hoppas att det finns ett annat alternativ för en natt på stan med flott folk!

Maten var utsökt som alltid! Men tyvärr Nja är att stänga för bra i april så det var stället packade. Jag hoppas att alla i Minneapolis/st Paul har upplevt Nja minst en gång. Det slutet på en era!

Vad Vilket grannskap! Jag kände mig som var vi tillbaka i en 1950-talet nattklubb. Det var den stora rum med ett piano och bar, en upphöjda delen med plast och metalliskt bås och ... bäst av allt, en polka rum. Drinkarna var hemsk, men att bara läggas till stämningen ... som verkligen är den enda anledningen att någon skulle åka dit.

Tyvärr Nye's planeras stänga på dag snart. Det kommer att bli en stor förlust för området och staden.

Nye's har varit en del av min familj för de flesta i mitt liv. Mina föräldrar används för att få mig att Nye's när jag var liten. Det som är bra är att det har skett små förändringar. Inte bara en chans att njuta av nostalgiska, men den underbara maten.

Kontrollera om de är fortfarande öppen och om så, skynda dig ner och njuta av.

Vi tog barnbarn lunch på nyårsafton's eftersom de kommer att stänga i april. Vi ville se till att de hade en möjlighet att uppleva detta historiska restaurang innan det stängt. Det levde upp till våra förväntningar, och vi hade en fantastisk måltid delar en hel del av maten. Glad att vi hade detta tillfälle.

Det här stället har funnits länge. Vi trodde att vi skulle gå innan den stängs. Det har en liten bar och flera restauranger. Levande musik händer på kvällarna.

Tog en familj där för sista gången. Mina barn och mitt barnbarn alla ville åka. Servicen var fantastisk, maten var utmärkt, samma gamla restaurang, samma bra ställe. Vi kommer att sakna den nostalgiska bar och restaurang. Om de Bygg om, jag tror inte att det kommer att ha samma atmosfär. Tack Al Nye, kommer alltid att minnas dig.
