A few days ago, I went to Sonic. I got two small mozzarella sticks, two chili cheese tots, and chicken tenders. Usually the service is pretty great. This guy came out to the car, shoved my order into my hands. Then stood there for a few moments like he was waiting for a tip. I tipped in the app. Get home (a five minute drive at most) and me and my family dig in. - The tenders looked old. Tasted dry. - the mozzarella sticks were actually okay, the marinara however tasted sour and old. - the chili cheese tots tasted freezer burnt, and over salted. I did contact the mainline for support and they gave me a full refund. I do not understand how you can look at this food and sell it in that condition. Also, why is it nine times out of ten, I order a cherry limeade and there's no cherry or lime?

I've been to this Sonic location a few times, and I've found it to be a bit inconsistent, but the service is usually great. The workers are always nice, and the drive thru is usually pretty quick which is a plus. What's nice about this location is that you have a choice you can get the classic carhop service right to your car or you can sit at one of their outdoor tables. My most recent visit was a bit disappointing though. I decided to treat myself and added bacon to my sandwich, which cost me an extra couple of dollars. Unfortunately what I got was more like four little crumbs of bacon on my sandwich. It felt like a waste of money, and it was a bummer because I was really looking forward to it. I'll probably still go back because their drinks and other items are usually pretty good, and the quick service is convenient. But if you're going to order something with an add on, just be aware that it might not be what you expect.

These are GROSS!! I order cheese tot and I don't know what type of cheese this is but it tastes like it came from another planet. It was the texture of a dang sponge this is disappointing. I literally made feel sad, ruined my day COMPLETELY.. never again should get this slop of a meal. What in the government cheese is this. But the food was fresh and crispy and I liked that. SIKE I HATED IT ALL IT WAS TERRIBLE DONT GO TO SONIC ON 7112 N Oak Trafficway!!!

I ordered a large mozzarella stick and they gave me one less than what I ordered and I opened up all of them and they were all empty no cheese. How do you fry? Nothing how did the cheese disappear? The workers were accommodating because they gave me the wrong person's food But this is unacceptable.

This was a very disappointing experience to say the least. I ordered a grilled cheese and extra crispy onion rings. The service was good. Food came quickly and the young man who brought it was very pleasant and friendly. Got home to discover the extra crispy rings were anything but. They were very under done and seemed like they were old and under hot holding. My grilled cheese was the same. They were NOT busy so I'm not sure what was going on. Lazy in the kitchen I guess.

They torment there employees Call them names make them run the parking lot while telling Them to go faster this was witnessed by the CVS on North oak across the street they have you start your shift clock out Go to another store to work On your time and gas they promote you have you do manager duties tell you of your Raise but never give you one They demoralize there employees in the worst way They ask you to work extra for a cash bounce but then will not pay the bounce this is against The law somehow

Placed an order through their app. Was double charged and then waited over 45 minutes for my food. My food was cold and my order wasn't not even accurate. I don't understand why I waited so long for my food, especially since I was the only customer there.

We got the new crazy fries and they were cold and full of grease and they didn't give us our sauce but I also tried the new queso chicken wrap that was so delicious got to try it

The service was horrible. Waited 45 mins for some ice cream watching person after person go up to the door wondering where their food was. Then when I was tired of waiting I went up & asked what the hold up was. Counted 8 people in there most playing on their phones. The person in charged said it would be another 10 mins. Called corporate to complain
