Greg-Co BBQ's food truck can be found outside of Crane Brewing from Tuesdays-Saturdays, and good BBQ and quirky beer could not be a better combo. My favorite is the pulled pork nachos, which uses Doritos Nacho Cheese chips and real cheddar cheese. It is spicy, but if you cannot do spicy, ask for the mild version. The sandwiches are delicious and also generous with the meat. The meats are usually decently smoked and juicy. The sides are alright, but the meats and BBQ sauce make up for it. The menu changes daily, but there is always going to be meat on the menu! Also, if it is too cold out, you can place your order inside of Crane Brewing via walkie talkies.

I wish they would attend all event for Yelp! First time trying Food Truck BBQ and I don't know why I waited so long! I would strongly recommend trying their Pulled Pork Sandwich or Smoked Cheeseburger. The pulled pork was very savory accompanied by BBQ sauce (which is right up there with the traditional KC BBQ), it was to die for .... well after getting seconds and thirds maybe. Props on the cheese for the burger, you could tell it was from your high end cheese block and not the Kraft's cheese wrapped in plastic!! I would definitely eat at their food truck again, and maybe try out the nachos next time! For you spicy lovers they do have hot options for their food!!!!!

I'm sorry. I really really don't like writing bad reviews, but I believe in appropriate advertising and to me this is not. The truck at KU has a list of meats, prices and the statement "box includes drink and chips". No where does it say sand which. So I was not excited to get to my food (which is wrapped already so I couldn't see it) and find out I had paid 12 dollars for water, 4 oz of coleslaw, two pieces of bread and 6 pieces of burnt ends. Whether others think the price is worth it is besides the point to me. I feel at the least you should put "sandwhich" on the board so I can make the decision for myself as to whether I want to pay 12 dollars for it. Do I get that your regulars probably know they are sandwiches? Yes. But I don't think insider knowledge should be required to make an informed decision

This was surprisingly very good. Walked past and impulsively tried it, the smoked mac and cheese is ridiculously good. Put a dab of bbq with it and you'll be set. BBQ sauce was also good, wish I got more for what I paid for but overall very good. Recommend with a 8.6/10

I tried this once and will never again. First off, the staff was absolutely terrible. Me and my 2 friends waited in line for at least 45 minutes to get our food in a line of 8 people. Everyone waited in the freezing cold for their food, and it took them triple the time to make something the average person could easily put together in 1 minute. The food was mediocre. My walking taco had pulled pork in it that hadn't even been pulled. It was cold and everything was overpowered with sauce. I would not recommend this truck to anyone I don't hate.

$10 BBQ nachos - I'll pay $10 for some great BBQ nachos. But these - there was a lot left to be desired. Very disappointed in first the serving size. Served in a small paper boat not even filled to the top. Second the BBQ pork was dry and not even a full ounce of meat. Bed of nacho cheese Doritos, a sneeze of meat & shredded cheese. With 5 slices of fresh jalapeño nicely arranged on top.

I will give 2 stars because I've had their bbq before and it was good, but everything ordered tonight was terrible. Brisket chili, so salty it was inedible. Pulled pork and brisket sandwich was so dry and tough, like eating jerky, and they are not at all generous with the sauce. All served on a stale bun. The location is great, but next time we will eat before visiting the brewery.

Tried the chili macaroni cheeseburger and it was cold and mushy in the middle. There was no 'smoke ring' as the owner described. I know raw meat when I have it in my mouth and apparently so does he. The chili was way beyond salty and very runny. Like the consistency of water. The macaroni was tasteless. To top it all off, there were two long nasty coarse hairs in my burger. Must've been from the bearded guy inside.I woud have rather eaten the gravel underneath this dirty trailer than ordered anything from inside.
