Cheap fast pizza. I've never had an issue but I always do my orders online. You get what you pay for. Definitely better than the sit down place. My orders are always done by the time I drive over. I live 2 miles away.

Pizza Lovers, Staff displays no customer service capabilities and no concern for quality of the product. Let me share with you my experience. Sunday, I visited Little Caesars restaurant at 4329 N Chouteau Trafficway, Kansas City, MO. I am compelled to share my experience because when I arrived Sunday shortly after 2:30pm, I had for three days, set my heart and tastebuds on getting a thin crust pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars; on my day off. It was as if the commercials had be talking to me all weekend. The thought of getting the pizza even got me off the bed and into the car. I arrived eight miles later and placed my order. Then, I waited fifteen minutes for the staff to realize I was sitting in the lobby, still waiting, when I was asked, "What did you ordered?" I than responded, "thin crust pepperoni." One minute later, I was handed a box and I left. Once in the car, I placed the pizza box in the backseat and drove home. Eight miles later, I walked in the house, sat the box down, and opened the box excited to pull off a small square piece of pizza. The way the pizza is cut being my favorite thing about Little Caesars' thin crust. Immediately however I see an overcooked pizza, with cheese sliding to one side. Then I became horrified, as I go to pickup a piece and realized, it was not even cut. I quickly close the box, grab my keys, arriving back at the store eight miles later, upset. Upset because I should not have been sent out the door with a product of that type of quality. Instead of understanding why I was upset, apologizing to me for missing the mark, corrected the problem, or do something for the inconvenience, I was treated like I was inconveniencing the staff because I was unhappy with my pizza. I heard things like, "We're not giving you a refund." "Get out and don't come back." I am assuming the shift supervisor was directed to treat me as such by the person over the phone, who she had called. While still on the phone, I was asked five minutes after arriving upset, "What is wrong with the pizza?" She asked, like she could not see it is burnt and uncut; as if I am some how trying to get over on her. At this point I relieved, to them I am the problem. I had returned with the pizza. I was obviously upset for having to drive twenty minute to bring the pizza back instead of being at home eating my pizza, yet I am still waiting for the staff to even acknowledge how this could be an inconvenience to me. No I am sorry, no apology, no attempts to fix the problem, no refund, no pizza. Simply put, just a bad experience. The day I had my heart set on Little Caesars' Pizza, I only wasted two hours of my time, had to walk away with no pizza, and need to dispute the charge with my credit card because the staff refused to refund my money. But what hurts the most is that for $9.00, and a staff that lacks empathy, I lost one of my favorite thin crust pizza places, because I can no longer go back to Little Caesars after how I was treated, and the lack of concern for the product that comes from the staff. If you visit Little Caesars at this location, just know, if you are an upset customer, or have an issue with your order, the staff will treat you as if you are the problem. I recommend going somewhere else altogether to avoid ruining your day because the staff does not take customer service seriously. Thank you for reading my experience visiting Little Caesars.

The worst of the worst. The gm here was a creep making a pass at me and making comments to the other "trainer". Foul language and doing anything but working. Foods really not great whatsoever. Greasy & tough. Waste of money and time.

Bring me my Mt. Dew and cookie dough brownie that was not delivered. LIttle Ceasars points the finger to Door Dash, their subcontractor, and Door Dash points the finger to the driver, and the driver says he cannot bring the rest of my food. Terrible job by everyone. Little Ceasars should be able to think with their brain, and a manager at the store should drive the items to my house. Instead, half the price is refunded to me creating a loss for Little Ceasars and Door Dash and I still don't have my items because Door Dash has a policy to not bring items they forgot and Little Ceasars cannot deliver. Ya'll can own 100's of stores, real estate, a hockey arena, and a hockey team but can't get a Mt. Dew 2ltr and a little bag of brownies 2 miles down the same effin road you are located on.

There is an expression, "You get what you pay for," and that has never been so true than with Little Caesars Pizza. If there has ever been an example of how NOT to make pizza, Little Caesars is the place to go. Yes, others may charge a bit more, but they are worth it. Let's put it this way... if you really don't care about what you're putting in your pie-hole and your tastebuds are dead, if you'll eat anything just to feel full, then this place is for you. However, if you truly love pizza and want a good pizza experience, then do yourself a flavor and spend a little extra and drive a little further and get something your tastebuds can celebrate with.

Tried delivery, which is done by Door Dash, and once again an item an missing. This time it was a drink. Unable to contact anyone at the store and Door Dash will not redeliver. Terrible service and neither company will take responsibility. The food I did get tasted good, service is unacceptable.

Definitely not somewhere to get decent food. Was told to wait 10 minutes for one pizza and breadsticks, but almost waited for and hour instead. While waiting there was many beggars going to car to car for money, shady dealings, and many people loitering around the building. When food was finally done, the pizza was poorly divided and all breadsticks were smashed. Highly recommended not come here. Very unclean and not safe for anyone new to the area

When you visit, they have pizzas waiting, but, they have been cooked hours before... so what you get is an old pizza where the cheese is is tough as a tire. THe dough becomes hard and crusty... That was this new deal to have them pre-cooked and available... The cheese barely edible.. I had to throw my last pizza out with only one bite.. See you can't do that with Pizza!!. When you order online you expect it to be super fresh and hot NOT UNDER A SUNLAMP OR IN AN OVEN for hours before! It's no wonder they are going out of business. I told them I would wait for a fresh pizza but they refused.

This store is awful! Never have orders on time, overcooked or undercooked food, order wrong every time and the employees all the way up to the "General Manager" have the worst attitudes. I have NEVER dealt with a company that would tell you to go to a different chain before even attempting to make things right and that supposedly came from the OWNER! I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. This cheap pizza isn't worth the hassle!
