I never have an order wrong here no matter how much I stutter or mess up my speech, people are very patient and nice to deal with even for someone like me who hates interaction. Never go to another besides this place

I do not know why I try to see if this McDonalds have shown any improvement...no. This time I attempted to eat in the (dare I say) restaurant. I ordered a double filet-o-fish and a small drink. In what was a reasonable amount of time my order was brought to me. I opened the sandwich box and discovered it was not a double. I bought it back and I was polite in telling the manager what was wrong. She took my tray, yelled to (I assume) the cook. Never any apology, no explanation that my order would be up shortly or any explanation to me. I waited for a long time and eventually a staff member brought me my new meal. Just put it on my table and walked away. The sandwich was decent. But the constant errors and lack of customer service, I rate poor

Very busy in the early morning, line moves quickly though and food is just right. Staff friendly and parking lot clean. Little difficult to get in and out if traffic is bad.

The tenders that are supposed to be glazed are not even close to being glazed, they literaly just put the sauce on top and the customer service is horrible, it took this guy 10 try's to understand me

This place has terrible service! I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they told me to pull forward while they were making it. I waited for 15 minutes and they never came out and because it was past 10 they were closed but the drive-thru is still open. It was very busy and the line was tremendously long so I didn't want to get back in line and I had somewhere to be so I had to drive off without my food. Another time a lady got really mad at me for changing something on my order and the guy next to her was mocking me. It was very unprofessional and quite rude. I don't eat at McDonald's very often this was a spur-of-the-moment thing but I will not be going back here that's for sure.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We used to eat here at least twice a week and now I have boycotted it completely. I ordered a frappe through the app Meaning it was already paid for before I got there. They didn't have ANY McCafe, even shakes, and asked what drink I would like to replace it with. They were legit trying to replace my frappe with a soda. When I asked for the money instead, they gave me a rounded down amount. I asked for the full amount I paid, and the MANAGER told me "I don't have time for this". Because of this situation I deleted the app. After every single item I order they say "anything else?" I finally got irritated after months of this and told her "yes there are many other items, I'm ordering for multiple people can you please stop asking that? I'll tell you when I'm done." I get to the next window and am told I'll be banned if I curse at her employee again. This was another manager. I told her I did not curse and she kept arguing with me. I told her to tell me what curse word I said and she couldn't, because I didn't curse. I told her I was tired of them saying "anything else" every item and she said they are in a hurry. OK well continuously asking me that over and over is only making it take longer. McDonald's has become so obsessed with being fast that they have no customer service whatsoever. When I worked at McDonald's we used to ask how people were. Soon as you pull up they just say order. Being fast does not make up for being rude and asking "anything else" like a broken record Has made me forget items or decide not to get a dessert because it's stressful to be rushed when you're trying to order.

This McDonalds gets the order wrong about every 3 rd visit. They also put caramel in Mochas with out that being ordered every single time. You have to specifically ask for that not to happen and even then they get it wrong. The last time I went I actually found an piece of the expression machine in my coffee. They are a mess. If I could give 0 stars I would.
