I don't know quite how to communicate our stay here with some friends other than stupendous. Seriously it was incredible. Having a hotel that is convenient, classy and comfortable is great, but what takes it to the next level is the staff. Shout-out to Stephanie and Kelly who genuinely showed a spirit of hospitality. They are the bomb.com. the rest of the staff we meet there were also incredible. We will definitely be back and we look forward to a PBR welcome.

When we first got to our room, we noticed that our neighbor was very noisy. When I could hear him talking, I realized that the walls are super paper thin. The room never really felt private. I did end up calling the front desk, and they were very quick to bring me a new key to a new room. The new room that we had was a bit quieter, but I specially asked for the second room to have no other people around. When housekeeping was cleaning up in the morning I could hear them. The shower head seemed to constantly drip, and the shower floor was wet upon arrival. The bar downstairs was a fun vibe. We ended up playing some pool and sipped on delicious cocktails.
Overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately, due to the thin walls and inconveniences of the uncleanliness, I rate this hotel a 4/5.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DATE. I almost ended up paying twice... Upon arrival, I was almost taken aback by how genuinely friendly the front desk staff was.  It was a great start.  Unfortunately, they couldn't find my reservation.  After searching for a while, they found that the reservation was made for a month prior (on the date I MADE the reservation).  I vividly remember booking through the portal and making sure I had the correct date selected.  So check your reservation, since the confirmation email doesn't clearly state the date either.

The person helping me was very helpful, and we sorted it out, but it was a stressful start to the trip.  Other than that, a great hotel.

We stayed for just one night during a cross-country road trip with our 65-pound dog and we loved our stay so much that we were reluctant to leave! The hotel has such a cool yet welcoming vibe, with an art exhibit space next to the lobby, as well as a cozy, chic bar on the left that made me immediately want to lounge with a delicious cocktail. The room was super comfy. I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning, and with the generous noon checkout time, we got back on the road later than we'd planned. We also loved the artsy, hip neighborhood. A big thank you to the staffers we interacted with, who were helpful and friendly. They were super sweet toward our big cuddly dog, with treats and affection at the front desk and a doggy bed and water bowl available in the room. There's a pet fee of $40 (no weight restrictions) and parking was $35 (it's valet-only; no lot). But we found the whole experience easy and delightful, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crossroads Hotel. We can't wait to come back for hopefully a longer stay!

I recently stayed at the Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City with my sister and we had the best stay!! The bunk bed rooms are a unique and fun touch— perfect for traveling with family or friends. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations.

One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. I highly recommend trying the steak burrito and the avocado toast; both were absolutely delicious and started my day off on the right note.

If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and memorable place to stay in Kansas City, I highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel!
