Member for 12 years. Pay over $200/year, rarely need them. Today had blowout on highway from pothole. Was told at 12:30 Id be towed by 2:50. Over two hours. 2:50 came and went and struggled to get a person to answer my calls. Was told I was "next on list". Thirty minutes later got text that said "several people are ahead of me". I called back and was told they are having trouble finding me. (Im on the shoulder of the highway--can't miss me. ). Then a different dispatcher says they can't get any tow companies to do the job. Wish I had known 4 hours ago. Then they said I should get my own tow company and they would reimburse me--so gracious! So Im on my own. Oh yeah, they said theyd call the police on my behalf. So there's that. Because I didn't have the number to the police memorized already....

AAA does not have your safety or security or in mind. This is a bigger racket than VCR warranties. They and local terrible towers, Simmmons out of Herrington, left me stranded post-accident because they could not be bothered to get me somewhere safe; hey indicated using their tow truck to drive me to the car pickup (airport) would be against some unwritten rule. My sister had to drive back three hours to get me at the tow yard which also shared in AAA's lack of humanity 3 days before Christmas.

I've paid my premium several times using AAA Auto Club App. I'll get a confirmation number but it never gets paid. Then, because I like to keep my card locked when not in use, I'll get a bill with much more than just late fee of $25 and a warning cancellation notice. Pathetic system... Fail!

AAA this make no sense. You all have made a senior citizen wait for 4 hours at night in downtown Kansas city, ks. Then had the nerve to call an say that he will be another hour so before you there. Here it is 10pm and still not here. And that is a bad part of town. Your rating is -00000]

Sitting at the end of a dead end street on an incline,no reverse ebrake not working foot on the break to keep from rolling down a step revene for an hour already and despite the fact that I am definitely not in a safe space and there are several tow places within 5 miles from my location I have been told I will be here waiting for someone to pull me out of this dangerous and scary situation for at least another hour. This is not ok

Worst insurance company ever life was stranded on the road for 6 and 1/2 hours and I had paid the gold premium for over 6 years called up manager could care less as could the customer service department. There is not a company that could do you worse so I would take a shot at anybody other than these clowns

One particular customer service agent - who I believe to be the manager at this particular location - provides absolutely terrible customer service. Denise Hughes has left such a sour taste for this particular company, I have considered getting rid of my AAA services altogether.
