This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! First off, we got to our room and noticed there were bugs, the comforters on the beds looked like they never get washed, and the sink was dirty. I called and told the ghetto trailer trash Deanne, there were bugs, she was pretty short, told me I can leave and I need to call the manager tomorrow and deal with it then. I then went downstairs to confirm what she said and asked why she didn't go confirm or send someone to confirm the room's condition, she then started yelling and said she will not talk to me about it. She also changed $89.00 for that piece of dump. There were people sleeping in the stairwell outside. This place is trash just like the rude people who work there! Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere! UPDATE!!! I ended up calling the next day and spoke with the general manager Tammy) she was so awesome, she apologized and worked it out for us! Thank you for your professionalism Tammy!

Ya get what ya pay for.... Filthy, unkept uneducated staff along with many other assuming disappointments.... It worked for me cause they took cash and I had left my wallet with my credit cards back in Omaha. Thank god I had cash otherwise I would of had to drive all the way back. It goes without saying I will never stay here again. Too bad the place has potential, obviously slum lords for owners! Figure 100 units at $80 per day is 240k per month, ya think they could put a little back into the operation to make it sanitary and updated......later

The staff was horrible, especially the land whale who works overnights. $200.00 in clothing stolen from the washing machine and the camera wasn't working evidently. Shady demographic. Bugs in the shower and booger's on the walls. The worst thing is-The rooms that the motel does not rent out per night, the owner will write off in his taxes. Taxpayers pay for that, what a sleazy industry. I'll use airbnb next time.

This place is disgusting. We only stayed here for s night and it was bad. We got bit by bedbugs, the carpet is gross and sticky, there were dead bugs everywhere, and it had a funky smell to it. Also it sounded like they were cleaning rooms at night, there was a vacuum going at like 11 pm! Never staying here again, don't waste your money.

What a dump! This place is one of the worst "cheap hotels" that I've ever stated at. The carpet is dirty, the beds are hard and have an unpleasant smell to them and the pillows are flat. The shower pressure washes you like you are a car and while your standing in the tub you wonder when you will fall through. I travel during the night so needed a room during the day otherwise I wouldn't have even considered staying here. The room directly above me was under construction during my stay as well. It sounded like they may have been replacing the tub in that one.

Great little place, 5-10 minutes away from Legends Outlet Mall. Staff is friendly and the breakfast may not have been fancy, but it was good eats! Definitely worth the stay if you're planning on doing things around the Kansas City area or if you need a place for the night!

this. is by far. the worst motel, i have ever been in. there's one wall outlet, no bible, one channel on the TV, it stinks, the toilet hardly works, the beds smell like piss, there's ashes everywhere, and no refunds. if i knew it was this bad, i would've slept in my car, never come here, it isn't worth the money.
