A clean comfortable room for my wife and I. We stayed 3 nights for a conference. The staff went above and beyond helping me retrieve an item which I mistakenly left behind in the rooms refrigerator.

Stayed one night on a trip back from Minneapolis. The room/suite we had was spacious and well put together. There were the usual scratches on furniture like we've seen in just about every motel of this kind, but it was clean, and the bed was super comfortable!! It was frustrating that there was only one outlet to charge devices and no shower gel in the bathroom, but that's manageable. The biggest negative was the hot water. I was so delighted that the water pressure actually was great, but then the hot water ran out after about 90 seconds. I don't know what the issue there was.... While there is a vent which I love, it wasn't needed because there wasn't enough steam. We didn't get to breakfast on time since it ends at 9am even on Sundays, but the coffee is available 24/7 so that's nice. For $158, it's average priced for the location.

Old and rundown. As soon as you walk in the rooms. It's muggy and stale. You can tell all the mold has been painted over. Everyone woke up in the morning coughing and stuffy. When we went to breakfast there were other people coughing as well so must have some big air quality problems.

You get what you pay for I guess. I was looking for a decent priced hotel room in the KC area and found this hotel, which was decently priced and had decent pictures on the internet. I guess I should have read the Yelp reviews. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but could have given better customer service. I called ahead of time to reserve a crib and her response is, well the whole time I've worked here no one has used it, so we won't have to reserve it for you. Hmmm ok, well in the chance that someone does come in and ask for it, can you still reserve it? Anyways, not the best response to give good customer service. Our room was alright. I'm usually grossed out by most hotel rooms (unless it is a nicer hotel) because of cleanliness. I always take the top blanket off of the bed. However, the beds were comfortable, so sleeping was good. One con to our room was the top lock was broken and they said they had no other rooms for us to be in. The front desk lady just told me I'd be fine. Another response that was not great, but again you get what you pay for. I've had multiple experiences of people trying to get in my hotel room when I've stayed at other hotels, so no lady I want to feel secure in my room. We ended up putting some of the furniture in front of the door so I'd feel more secure hahaha. Anyways, we survived the night! There is free breakfast downstairs, which was typical hotel breakfast. Nothing too great and my stomach probably didn't appreciate it haha. The area it is in is a nice, safe area of town. I most likely would not stay here again.

Booked 2 nights with points. Room was kind of rough and a little dusty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent, but overall not as nice as Comfort Inn usually is.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS GROSS. These rooms are DISGUSTING! There is MOLD all over the bathroom ceiling and walls. I pulled the couch off the wall and the back of it was COVERED in mold. Management knows and does not care. Hair and stains on the "clean" sheets, garbage, food, and VOMIT on the floor. The mattresses don't even have fitted sheets, so the sides of the mattresses are exposed displaying red and brown massive stains. The bathrooms have body fluids on the walls, the tub floor is black and dirty, the grout is moldy, the shower curtains have stains. There was garbage left behind in every room. Food crumbs left on the couch. This wasn't even a one off issue, we had 3 rooms and every single one was disgusting. When I brought it to managements attention, they offered 3 other rooms to switch to. The three "better" rooms had the same issues. So, we saw 6 total rooms and they all had major issues. Severe mold issues- which is a serious health concern. The pool was also ice cold and cloudy- NOT SAFE. I could continue, but you probably get the point. Don't stay here unless you are looking for a nasty experience.

We stayed here for four nights with our three kids. We would definitely stay here again. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice selection and the employees were helpful and kind. The location was convenient for our needs and we felt safe and secure. The pool is a little small but that isn't a deal break (just a heads up if you are looking for a large pool).

This place was trying to overcharge me compared to the online price. Also when I went into the room the door was jammed open by the slide lock. That is SO dangerous! Also the desk was pulled away from the wall so we had to move furniture to get into the room. When I called the desk the girl only said that was our room. Nothing about safety or why it was not ready for guests. Do not stay there!!! Filed a complaint with Choice Hotels but I am sure this terrible hotel will continue to be available. Don't give them your money!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious free breakfast with hot items. All roomy suites with large granite counters in bathroom. Pool is smallish but good enough for our son to splash around. We had an issue with the plumbing -- first the shower not draining, then the toilet overflowing. The toilet overflow was a mess with wastewater getting all over the bathroom tile and entryway carpet. We didn't cause the issues and the hotel resolved them promptly and cheerfully. During our 3 night stay, the maid forgot to make up our room one night. Again, resolved cheerfully by the front desk. When booking, we wanted a room with two beds for our family of three people. They emailed the morning of arrival saying our room was one with one bed and a jacuzzi tub and they had no rollaways at this hotel. But my cousin was staying in another room and saved the day, offering to have my son bunk with him. Problem solved. We stayed here a year ago to see my folks with a perfect stay prior to being a Yelper. This year we had to book last minute to take care of my sick father and didn't get as good of a deal on Hotels.com. It was more expensive than last year and felt the value just wasn't there this time. Would stay there again if I had to but only if under $100/night.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to be billed twice and get the run around!! Customer service is aweful. I was double charged on my debit card for my stay in July 9 2022 and still do not have it fixed as of july 18th. I was told 3 to 5 business days. I asked them if they double charge all of their customers and they said yes as well as a $100 deposit. Wow seriously! So you need $500 at least when you book a room that is $226.22! That is rediculous. Will NEVER stay there again! Check your charges!!!!
