Phenomenal business concept in a post-COVID world! It's a virtual food hall, so loads of variety and options. Their motto is "Many Restaurants. One Roof." We ordered from Streats and Don Felipe's. And we ordered there, from the kiosk, but lots of people were placing online orders or door dash and then coming to pick up. I got the Birria Ramen (life-changingly good) and my friend got the steak quesadilla. Together they formed the ultimate shared meal. I will be back for more of that! What I loved most about this place was the simplicity of the concept. It's not a huge space but there are over 15 restaurants! And while some have other locations in town, most seemed new! The only downside was some of the Doordashers didn't seem to understand the pickup system... you just scan the order on your phone and it finds the order in the system. Simple, but not intuitive. Luckily there was a window if you're really lost and everyone was super friendly.

Crossroads Foodstop certainly serves a purpose. This onestop multi-tenant ghost kitchen offers a plethora of options for carry-out or 3rd party delivery for those that work or live in the vicinity. I stopped in at 11am and ordered lunch inside on the kiosk to take to work with me. There were quite a few kitchens that were closed at the time, but I still had the option of over 10 businesses to choose from. My first selection was "not available" when I tried to submit my order, so plan B was some chicken wings from Mr. Wingz. After ordering you can go back to your car and wait for a text or sit on a bench or stool in the tiny claustrophobic waiting area that resembles a tiny bus station lobby. After a 12 minute wait my name popped up on a screen and a lady behind the counter called out my name and I was on my way. There are lockers that are used for Grub-Hub style pick-up's. Although I was not impressed with my food, the concept is certainly unique and for better or worse, what the future holds. Ralphie predicts that these multi-tenant ghost kitchens will be popping up everywhere soon. Myself; I prefer Parlor a few blocks over for variety and a fun Dine-In experience.

I ordered from nashville hot chicken, and the system indicated my food would be ready in 10-20 minutes. It ended up taking 55 minutes to finally get my food. The fries were soggy and seemed as if they had been under a heat lamp for a very long time, and one of the fries was just straight up not included. Looking closer at their site, I noticed they are openly a ghost kitchen for the food delivery sites and it shows.

This is my first experience with a virtual food court! It's such a cool concept. Only takeout is offered, no dine in. When your order is ready, you get a text with a link to push a button and open your locker containing your order. Very cool and modern! I really like this concept, my only complaint is that when you order from the tablet in the lobby, there is not an option to indicate that you do not want plastic utensils. Adding that option at checkout would eradicate a lot of waste. If they make this change, five stars for sure.

Dont believe the wait times. Its 20 minutes past the last wait time option food still isnt ready and they have terrible options for waiting for it. Only one ordering screen as well. Just a lazy concept.

this is the most disgusting experience i have ever had!!! apparently this menufy doesn't communicate with the restaurant(s)!!! i ordered & upon arrival it was a downward spiral! the folks @ 1600 campbell are rude (the blonde gal) @ the desk especially!!! they claimed to be out of fish & she told me to go to the kiosk & reorder (whatever was available)!!! the kiosk said they were temporarily closed, now pissed beyond & disbelief after referring to a friend & now halfway through my lunch, i called the location in kansas on 13th & state! i began briefly explaining what happened & the lady put the manager on the phone & omg, i couldn't get a word in edgewise but for the rebuttals & excuses(phone call recorded)!!! at this point i just wanted to replace the order & make good to my friend!!!!!! i arrive over to the restaurant & the manager's sister asked her to come see me, it was somewhat better in person but i was still not happy @ all! she took off a "couple" of dollars to save face (after all of this, really)? i just needed to get back to work (late) & discover i still over paid because the order wasn't right, no greens & my friend had fish & shrimp without fish!... luckily the food was decent but not worth the time, effort, extra driving & rude service @ all!!!..
