I booked this hotel from a 3rd party site and wish I hadn't. It has been a hassle to get a refund on a non-refundable reservation. The reservation and the hotel charged me and then on the refund at first showed as a charge. This hotel isn't worth $5 to stay in much less the $170 in charges I had. Now the room, well I want a secure and clean room- look at the photos it was neither. A broken lock, all the other broken items in the room, and clean. Bugs on the bed- no thank you!

we checked out not even 20mims after checking in. the room was shady to begin with but tolerable. The room smelled really odd and off. Then some guy shouting maintenence LET HIMSELF INTO ROOM ! Thankfully my wife was at the door and blocked him from coming in. He then tried to demand that she open the door. No reason why. We didnt call for maintenance or anything. Whether he worked there or not some strange guy trying to bust into a woman's room. We legit thought we were going to be murdered or worse. The elevator only allowed 3ppl at a time which shoulda been first clue.

Don't wast your time or money here. Go to a different hotel. The room was not clean had greasy hand print on headboard. Windows and walls were dirty, carpet and room smelled musty and like cigarettes. People were sitting on the stairs selling used/ stolen items and blocking the walkway and stairs. There were 2x4's and ply wood laying around on the walk path. Room key didn't work, manger had to go to the maintenance room to get some tool to open the door. Property was unsafe, homeless and what appeared to be drug addicts hanging out all over, smoking god knows what. The list goes on. Front desk unfriendly and appearance of property looks unsafe and trashy. Just because some guests that stay there are up to no good does not allow for the staff to treat all guest like trash. I actually couldn't stay there it was so nasty, unsafe and unpleasant so, we checked out and switched hotels.

Clerk was calm and nice despite insiting we give 80 dollars extra for 2 kids in cash. And no receipt. After alot of time and back and forth phone calls to his boss we got one for cash and credit card. HOWEVER we booked for pool and breakfast. Guess what breakfast canceled due to covid yet Noone was wearing mask . Pool he had no idea why it was drained but no pool bit says they will serve us muffins in am no juice no coffee. Rooms so far ok

It's ran down for sure. My bed must of been new cause mine was clean and very comfortable. I'd stay again but I wouldn't bring my girlfriend here or valuables. Whole place has a vibe like they are watching you through a little hole in the wall lol. The whole place does smell like they smoke inside but over all if your in a pinch and you could get it for 50 bucks off priceline or for free off the Wyndham reward points I recommend it

This place is disgusting! I booked thru a 3rd party app and told the front dude, this place is full of mold and gross-ness and I wanted my money back, since it's thru 3rd party app it is non refundable, so this dusch bag would not give us our money back, we left, no way would we ever stay here! Room reaked of mold, cum on the bed rails, floors gross, walls sticky, obvious leak from upstairs bathroom that was attempted to be covered up by popcorn cieling, so unbelievably nasty, I can not believe this place can be open! the view from the window was cut up 2x4s. So sketchy! Pay extra to go elsewhere!!! i just can not say enough bad things, I'm still blown away I booked this for $100 and did not get my money back, so basically he got a free $100! I hope he is happy with himself!

I arrived at the Days Inn the evening of 24 September, which my room was paid for before check-in due to my online reservation. Upon arrival the entrance was acceptable, where Sandra was folding towels at the front desk. When traversing to the rooms I was provided, the exterior was so dimly lit it was almost difficult to make out the myriad of different bugs, roaches, and food(?) stains on the ground. The swimming pool cover had a puddle in the middle of it and trash on it as well, which looked like it had not been serviced all year. Upon arrival, the first room we were given had broken locks, doors, doorknobs, and the bed sheets were stained. When Sandra gave me a second room next door to the first, the beds had clearly been laid in already, the blankets were dirty, the room smelled like it had been smoked in ten minutes before we entered and some of the lights did not work. For a third time I went to the front desk asking for another room. Upon entering the third room we were provided there was no power in the room at all, and no lights worked. When I went to the front desk for the final time to ask for a refund, I was told that she had to get the manager, Bill Padel, but he "is drunk and an a**hole, so don't expect much." Bill came out of a back room behind the counter begrudgingly, in which he lives according to Sandra, and slurred his words our entire conversation and was clearly intoxicated. When I requested a refund he responded simply with, "no." I have called this hotel back, with no appropriate response. I have called someone named Jay, who I was told would be able to help me with a refund, and he has not called me back either. Sandra was seemingly helpful with her knowledge of the hotel. She stated that the second floor is "usually where the nice rooms are," after I complained about the first and second room. The third time I went back to the front desk I asked for a refund, which is when she told me "good luck." She was friendly, but it was clear she was afraid of her manager and could do nothing to help me. The manager, Bill Padel, refused to check me out of my room the night of 24 September, the same night I checked in. I believe this to be a nefarious act by management to refuse my refund and keep my money for a room I did not stay in, because of the deplorable conditions. I did not stay at this hotel and I left immediately after being refused proper service by the manager and have still not been refunded. I asked specifically for paperwork that states I am checking out and I am entitled to a refund, and he refused. Professionalism was non-existent here and I did not realize Days Inn allowed their managers to be intoxicated on the job. I am disgusted and will never go back to this hotel. We are a military family and travel monthly, and Days Inn has been ruined for myself, and my family by this "stay." Additionally, I will share this story with my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances to ensure they are not met with same extreme contempt shown by management here. I have photos only of the first two rooms, the third was pitch black and one could only see around using a flashlight. Do NOT stay here.

I made a reservation online for 1/25-1/26. It didn't have a scheduled time listed. It didn't have any available times listed. I needed it 5am-8pm. After you get your confirmation number it shows that my room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. We called right away to see if there was a way to be there at 5am, the man we talked to was not helpful. Said there was no way it could be changed and that it was non refundable. So I am out $57 for a room I didn't get to use and for crappy customer service. You would think they would be more helpful to rearrange the time.
