This isn't a destination hotel, but it was reasonably priced and was just fine for a night on the road. Highlights: the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was right off the interstate and the people at the front desk were polite and efficient. The two major downsides were the super underwhelming breakfast and being woken up at 8 by housekeeping vacuuming the hallway right outside our room. We needed to get up anyway, but it would have been incredibly frustrating if we had been trying to sleep in.

WARNING: BED BUGS! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The place looked like it hadn't been dusted or painted in over a decade -- that alone didn't bother me much. But when we checked in, I noticed another room being fumigated. I figured they were taking care of a problem. Turns out, the problem was in our room too -- bed bugs. I went straight to the front desk to switch rooms, but they said they were fully booked and basically shrugged it off. My stay was supposed to be from October 10th-12th, but I left immediately and requested a refund through Expedia that same night (October 10th). Still no refund. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The room was completely unlivable, and the management couldn't care less. Absolute nightmare.

Ya, it's a shame the hotel chain doesn't do a check on the chain of there hotels.. our room was pretty dirty, bead sheets were old and used, pillowcases were stained and filthy, carpet was smelly and dirty and the ceiling was stained and falling apart.. The guy from hotel impossible "Anthony Melchiorri" would have a fit if he saw this..

I didn't expect this Days Inn to be a nice luxury hotel, but last night felt like I was in an episode of Hotel Hell. Somebody please call Gordon Ramsay! The whole place looks extremely run down, which I can deal with for one night. The fridge was also dirty and had food left over from the last person, but I decided that wasn't a huge deal and I could just throw the food away. However, just when I got settled into my room, I noticed that the smoke detector had been disabled with masking tape. Since I didn't feel safe staying in a room with no working smoke alarm, I called the front desk and asked about it and they didn't seem to really understand how uncomfortable I felt there. The person I called said they'd fix it the next day, but I would be gone by then and didn't want to sleep the night I was staying there in a room with no smoke alarm. I got my room switched that night, and thankfully that process was pretty easy. Then I found that the bathroom in my new room had not been properly cleaned, and the shower and floor were very dirty and had bugs crawling around. I really wanted to take a shower after my long day in the city, but it just looked too nasty. You can't see it as well in the pictures, but it was really bad in person. It was 11 pm then, so I just went to sleep and dealt with it, but it was an unpleasant experience. There were also some loiterers around the area at night that made me uncomfortable. I stayed in this hotel because it was the least expensive in the area on Priceline, but the price is absolutely not worth it in the slightest. I'd recommend everybody skip over this one at least until some changes are made.

Room was HOT, floor was filthy, night stands has something all over them, something smeared all over the walls, pillows were yellowed like they had never been cleaned, mold all over the bathroom ceiling, the ceiling was actually started to fall, the shower curtain rod pulling out of the wall, no towels, the office chair was something that belonged in the dump, the bed was hard as a board, the breakfast was juice and a few muffins, the online pictures were definitely not taken at this place, the e tire place was a dump, the front desk staff couldn't speak English, didn't know what I was trying to tell them about the room so maybe this will help. I question if there was possibly blood on the carpet just outside of the bathroom..... Another lady checking in and out at the same time as me made so many of the same comments. I would never recommend anyone to stay here, EVER!!! Health department needs to shut this dump down!

Our room had no shower curtain. I called down to the desk and was told to come down and give me one! I told clerk it was the hotel's job to do that she didn't say anything, but when I pick up the curtain, they would show me how to hang it myself. When I suggested a discount for my room the clerk said they would hang it for me. We returned to our room after several hours and there was still no curtain. The curtain was gladly handed to my husband for him to hang!! Also. The room phonecwas broken.

Dirty, can hear your neighbors, trash everywhere. Have to ask for housekeeping so no towels, unless you ask for them no matter how long your stay and they will still give you grief. The manager wants to argue with you instead of helping. Very poor customer service. Don't really write reviews so that tells you how bad this place is

Where to start? How the room was horrible: The towels had stains and holes, The room service didn't come, and the staff said that it wasn't their responsibility, The tv could not be seen from the bed or the couch, The bathroom had cracked tile and there was mold inside the cracks. How the facility was horrible: The egress doors that said "do not prop open" were propped open (the fire marshal should investigate) The gym heater could not be turned so it was over 90 in the gym The housekeeping didn't come so we had no clean towels, and ran out of shampoo the second night. The yoghurt for breakfast was spoiled

Stayed here two nights Service was friendly for the most part however I must admins day shift is much nicer then night Housekeep very pleasant and helpful Not sure how the indoor pool was didn't try it Room was big nice comfortable beds. Appeared to be remodeled recent Laundry facility was ok All non smoking Pet friendly Parking to bobtails but I wouldn't try a trailer too My biggest complaint was the key card reader on the side door didn't work so had to walk all the way around front if you went outside And no batteries in the remote but front desk took care of that for us I also felt it was a little pricy for a days inn $15 pet fee All in all ok for a good nights rest

The first room they assigned was dirty and the window seat was soaked. Television had to be manually turned on and channels changed. Multiple burn marks on carpet and bed linens. Flooring was stacked in kitchen area. The sign when you walk in says no smoking auto eviction and $250. The hallway smelled like cigars. The one positive was the person at the front desk did move us without an argument. If that's a positive. It's a one time good deal. $128+ is still $128. Look at other options
