Refreshing to stop here and recharge the batteries while traveling. Clean rooms, excellent pool area and accommodations for the price. I will consider a return trip here when we come back through town.

Clean and Friendly Loved our stay here. We stayed one night after an afternoon arrival at the airport. Staff at desk helpful with dinner recommendations. They offer food, but we wanted KC BBQ. It looked delicious. Breakfast was satisfying. In room coffee a plus. Can't say enough nice things. Would definately stay again.

My family and I stayed here overnight on our last (and only) night before heading back to California, and our experience was about what we expected. Friendly staff, comfortable and cozy rooms, cost effective, great atmosphere, etc. - The food selections they had laid out for dinner and breakfast, respectively were just okay - and, the drink tickets they gave out for free didn't get you very far (not that I would expect them to), but our experience was still good overall. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff make all the difference and this had the best! On 12/16, the woman in morning made it feel like breakfast at Grandma's. Then Renek helped us at the pool, but he was so sweet & funny that I wanted to take him home with us!

Excellent hotel here are a couple of reasons: I highly recommended and definitely will come back here again if I go to Kansas City. 1. They have airport shuttle and very close to the airport 2. Staff is really friendly feels like a family vibes 3. Rooms are clean and shower have hot water instantly 4. Free dinner and breakfasts and 3 alcoholic drinks/day. Unlimited fountain drinks, coffee, and hot chocolate for a quick refresh after a nap from a long trip and you lazy to go out to get something. Just eat and rest and like their motto travel happy 5. All the shampoo, body wash and conditioner are in the wall not in the small package and you have to keep asking from housekeeping for more when you ran out. 6. Indoor and outdoor pool for any season

I called ahead to request a quiet room and they put me on a top floor away from the ice maker and elevator. Great, thank you. Still I was woken up a few times due to loud idiots in the hallway either shouting or slamming their door shut. The room was mostly clean and the bed was alright though I wouldn't consider it very comfortable. The breakfast sucked - sodium-filled eggs and sausage patties. They tasted alright as did the luke-warm potato cubes and so I ate a lot of the yogurt as everything else was mediocre. Also, the woman at the front desk failed to give me a 7:30 AM wake-up call - luckily my phone alarm worked just fine. For what I paid for the room I expected more.

Made a reservations hours before I was arriving. It was clean. The staff was friendly, and I had a great night sleep. The only downfall is that they do not have an airport shuttle. If they had their own shuttle, it would be 10 stars!

This is now my favorite hotel. It's super clean. The staff is very friendly. They have pretty good breakfast and dinner. Plenty of space to eat. There's a heated pool, a hot tub and a gym. It's easy to access, easy to navigate inside. I wished there was more on the west coast where I'm from. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in KCMO.

It was a very clean place and all the staff on all shifts was professional. It's by all types of shopping and eating places and only 7min from the airport. The only problem we had, is that we found out late that room 220, up by the window in the right hand corner had mole. It looks like from a water leak. I pray we don't get sick. But when we checked out this morning, we did report it to the front desk and he appreciate us telling him. He said he would get the maintenance right on it today. The wood at the top is damaged as well, so I hope they will not be putting anyone in that room or the rooms beside it, until it has been fixes and inspected. Would i stay again, yes, because not one hotel has everything perfect.

Staying here for just a night and I am really enjoying myself. The staff are super welcoming and made my mom and I feel right at home. The lobby is super updated with cool and funky furniture and tons of seating space. Drury also has an amazing workout area and indoor pool. Also, at 5pm everyday they have free hot food and drinks for guests. Our room is super spacious and has an ample sized microwave and fridge. Also, there is a huge TV with tons of channels. My mom and I are relaxing on our phones enjoying the free wifi and lifetime. The room is just the right size for the both of us and has individual temperature controls. I cannot wait for their free breakfast tomorrow!
