Shut this place down IMMEDIATELY! Came in at 5, asked for 2 sandwiches to which they had no bagels left for except maybe 5 Plain ones. I am the FIRST to order mind you. About 3 more people order, I watch them make and give everyone their orders, which were AFTER mine, run out of bagels and tell me there is nothing they can do. They have also been extremely rude and look at me with a blank face when I tell them I don't want a turkey sandwich on cinnamon bread.

Terrible service. Bunch of Indian employees who can't speak a word of English: rude and very slow. Waited 25 min for food that costs 9 dollars for a bagel sandwich. Avoid at all costs, food was cold.

I had a very frustrating experience here this morning. I was clearly overcharged for what I ordered (cold brew and bagel) unless the prices listed on the menu are incorrect or the taxes here are three times more than the rest of the city. I'm confused as to how a $3 plain bagel with shmear and a $4 coffee added up to $10.59. I asked for a receipt twice and the cashier just straight up ignored me. On top of that, my bagel was both hard and cold, and my coffee tasted like it was made yesterday and left to sit out. I've ordered the same drink at multiple other locations and it tasted significantly better. This is really a bummer because I was excited to have an Einstein Bagel so close to my classes, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location for a while.

The only reason to come to this location is because you have no other options. For the most part the service absolutely sucks. Walk up while employees are talking, they will acknowledge you and finish their convo. Have a regular come up while you are placing your order, after taking the regulars order they will finish yours. One time I have had someone take my order who is friendly, smiles, and just overall pleasant. Why she doesn't take orders all the time versus the rude options baffles me. As for the drinks, I really can't speak to them except the Chai Latte and it keeps me coming back even though the service is horrible. Then again the need for something warm during this horrible cold spell might have more to do with it, but still, it is pretty decent. On those freezing days that even 4 layers of clothes don't keep me warm I will probably be back, otherwise I would rather catch whatever cooties the drinking fountain has to offer.

I ordered a bagel sandwich and everyone before me got their stuff as expected. But what pissed me off is that people that ordered twenty minutes after me got their stuff before me. I waited thirty minutes for my bagel sandwich and it wasn't even good. This is unacceptable. The woman when I asked about my sandwich was very rude and did not even look in my direction and continued to make three peoples who ordered after me.

This place is honesty trash and it's sad that it's the most used on campus. They don't understand anything you tell them due to language barrier. And don't even try to get anything before class because it'll take 20 minutes on average for a coffee alone

Always busy but fast and incredibly friendly employees remember my order. Avoid during class break times but other then that they are quick and efficient.
