This little watering hole is waiting for you right after security. It's top-notch, with good service and fun staff. BTW, it's a great little watering hole when you arrive and before you hit the escalators to baggage claim. Leaving or landing, it is a perfect spot for some good times.

First let me say, that I expect to spend more because I'm at the airport, but I can buy a bottle of Caymus Cabernet Savignon or I can have 2 glasses at this bar. Service was horrendous. The bartender let me sit there for 15 minutes and never said a word to me. I got up and ended up at Meat Mitch.

We come through this airport often, and I have become used to the fact that this wine bar is always out of at least 3 of the wines I ask for. I deal with it because it is clean and typically quiet. However, today I walked up to hear Metallica music blaring. I asked the bartender if he would change it to something calmer for a wine bar, and he loudly and rudely refused. No wonder there was only one other customer there. We found a new favorite spot down the hall at Brown and Loe. (You would think the bar owner would read all these bad reviews)

Sitting at home because of a missed flight. Kayla Kali whatever just left for 15 minutes leaving us no way to pay our bill and we missed our flight. I am heartbroken that the poor service and flat out abandonment of our bartender caused us to miss our flight. This absolutely sucks! I should have just ran out on the bill.

Service was extremely poor! Wanted to go to Meat Mitch and it was full (that's a good sign). They said go to Grapes and Grains and we can wait/order food. No problem...We sat down and both servers saw us...one server was very busy; the other not-so-much. She talked to a friend of hers who came up to the bar...then went and helped someone who had just walked up and sat down. Sorry, KC, you have to do better. New airport same crappy service. Went to City Market instead.

They are scamming their customers. They ran my card 4 times saying no receipt was printing and that the 3 duplicate charges were pending and would fall off. That did not happen so I was over charged almost $300 for nothing. Considering filing a small claims complaint. Do not order anything from here, they will steal from you.

I went here the other day and one they didn't have any menus so I ended up almost paying 20$ for a single glass of wine. whatever fine it's the airport. just got the charge for the tip and an extra 3$ today from the tip. total was 19.01$. I tipped 1$ so it should be 20.01. now the grand total is 22.01. this place seems sketch n no way to contact or report this. I get it's "only 2$" but I didn't tip that and someone is lying.

Giving this place a 3 due to the servers doing the best they could with limited resources. The first four wines on the wine list we attempted to order were not available (kinda defeats the purpose of a wine list). Went with what they had...one white, one red; however when we ordered a second glass, they were out of both of the wines. We then had to go with two other wines which were not on the wine list.
