NOT PET FRIENDLY. Stayed here on the way to Tulsa Oklahoma to shoot the Maltese National Dog Show. We normally try to stay only in pet friendly hotels, but this one was handy as we arrived in the evening. Staff was friendly at check-in and all the encounters we had with them. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed on an overnight. Breakfast had a good selection of protein and carbs and having a free meal (well, included meal) is always nice and helps with the budget. Convenient to the airport if that is something you need.

Staff was friendly and no issues at all w the shuttle (just make sure you have the right Holiday Inn since there are two). Suites aren't really what I call suites - with a door between bed and living area.But this is the hardest mattress I ever couldn't sleep on. Floor woulda been as comfortable.

Enh...... Doesn't seem like a typical Holiday Inn Express. Almost like another hotel was transformed into this. Coming into the lobby there was a faint musty smell. Everything seemed to be clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and checked me in fast. I love when hotels do this and not chit chat about "why are you in the area" or "what to do for work". Tried to find the free coffee that the person mentioned. You have to go around the flower wall to see it (who's idea was it to hide the coffee?). No cups. Had to back to the front desk. Coffee was ice cold and not worth the trouble. Got to my room and it had a faint smell of smoking. Tried to use the shower and noticed that they have the hot and cold water backwards on the handle. And, if you let the handle go, it slowly turns itself to the very hot position. Used the sink faucet in the bathroom. Noticed that the faucet is either not long enough or the water pressure is not high enough, so the water goes all over the counter. The funiture looks like it is from the 80's. And, the A/C unit sounds like a commercial jet taking off and makes an annoying sound to sleep to. I have stayed at a lot better Holiday Inn locations.

This hotel is manipulative! They posed as a 2-star casino hotel on Priceline for an express deal. But clearly they DON'T HAVE A CASINO. It's a bait and scam tactic to get your money and then refuse to refund it when confronted. So I called Priceline and they were completely on my side regarding the scam tactic that this hotel was engaging in so they called the hotel. The hotel admitted to this false advertising but refused to refund me. I am currently working alongside Priceline and the attorney state general as they open an investigation into this. The FTC has also gotten involved. Even better, I was recommended to file an IC3 which gets the FBI involved. This is absolute online extortion with the motive being to scam people out of their money. I will update this with the resolution once the state attorney general and or a representative from the FBI cyber security department reaches out to bring justice to a criminal business. Who knows how many other people they have done this to, but it goes untold. Nope. Not today. This will go viral if it's the last thing I do.

The lady working the front desk was to busy playing on her phone to take care of guests. When she finally noticed me it was like I was putting her out to wait on me. I have traveled all over the world and stayed and a lot of Holiday inns and she was definitely the rudest front desk employee I have seen

Impressed with the hotel and staff everything was perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom perfect, air conditioning perfect until it wasn't. Stayed in room #232 and had visitors in the middle of the night. Woke up with bites all over me, from my arms around my face and fingers. Found a red bug and squished it. To my surprise it was full of my blood. Searched my bed and found dead bed bugs. Hotel blew me off but ecolabs did not. They told me the room was checked and treated the Monday after my stay.

Close to the Kansas City airport. Rooms are spacious and modern looking. Surprised at the nice looking furniture.

Hotel was awful, shuttle was worse. We stayed in late July. The AC in our room didn't work and the repair person wasn't interested in fixing it or offering to switch rooms. We booked our room via ParkSleepFly.com and kept our car at the hotel. When we returned from our trip, we had to call for 30 mins to reach someone at the hotel and then wait 90 mins for the shuttle. Do not stay here.

Front desk ladies are very nice, although not very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the work out facility is clean and kept up very well.

Customer service here has been really good. The rooms are very clean. This hotel can't be very old as everything still looks brand new. I would give it 5 stars if the bed wasn't so firm.
