For a company that makes so much money, Hilton should be ashamed for making Cancer patents pay over $210.00 a night that are coming from different parts of the country to get help. KU Medical Center shouldn't allow their patients pay that amount of money. Some cancer patients have to pay upwards of $200.00 a week for their treatments. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves. Hilton should have some consideration and empathy for most of these patients.

Great place to stay close to KU med center. Clean nice fridge stove . Breakfast was be of the better ones I have had in a hotel .

We are a huge fan of Home2 Suites because we know there's a full kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and breakfast included. The place has ample parking (we were able to find a spot right by our room). There's an Applebee's next door. It is easy to get to and I'd a safe area to walk your dog at night. Breakfast on weekends starts at 7 and weekdays at 6. It was a Sunday morning and we went to get breakfast at 8:30 and had to wait for the hot food. They were soo busy. For that reason, we made sure to get there early Monday morning. There was no crowd but we ended up getting our beverages, brought them to our room, and went back 15 minutes later because the chef hadn't gotten the hot food out yet. Easy check in and out process.

BEYOND disappointing Hilton property. I am a diamond member and am probably a little bougie and expect a lot when I'm on the road and staying at Hilton properties - that said I hope this place can clean up a bit. From the moment I walked through the door there was dirt all over the carpets, all the trash cans were overflowing and it smelled weird. My room wasn't ready yet at 3pm so I had to wait. My room had sheets that didn't fit the bed and kept falling off. It smelled like wet dog and dirty vacuum combined and my remote didn't work. I asked for a new remote 5 times and finally gave up. I still never got one. I never do this but I actually called Hilton to file a complaint and they called the manager themselves to get me a remote and change my sheets and NEVER ONCE did they come or even try and contact me in anyway. I even asked the manager to call me as well. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED - I really hope Hilton holds them accountable.

Wonderful clean hotel with very attentive staff. Location was great in proximity to my work site. The breakfast was actually fantastic. It's been a while since I stayed at home2 and really appreciate the omelet option. They are quite tasty. My room was huge and the temperate was perfect. Great hotel!

Here in town for work. Long day. Tried to take a bath and all this dirt and settlement comes out. Hot water is no good. Cold water doesn't have all this coming out. So now I can't drink any tea or coffee bc it all uses this nasty water in the hotel, not take a HOT shower or bath because I'll come out dirtier that I was before. I washed my face this morning here. I'm very upset about that.

This was a nice location. The room was very large and had everything I would expect to find at home . I enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the lobby. The pool was clean and fitness center was nice. Staff was very friendly and the parking was close and free. This location is also pet friendly. If you are in the area and need a place to rest, this is a great location.

This hotel is amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast but it was there. The coffee in the lobby is good as well. Overall, this hotel is an amazing experience for the price. Highly recommend.

The rooms were super clean and the common areas were well taken care of. But what made this place stand out from anywhere else we've stayed is the staff. They went completely out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met during our entire stay!! The hotel itself is nicely updated but again it's the staff that made our stay epoch!! A special shout out to Jamari, Dale, Julio, Gustavo, Lila, and Adrian!! You guys rock!!!!

Very Nice Hotel, with a nice lobby, very clean rooms, and bathroom, nice sized suite, a lovely kitchen, and included breakfast...You do have to ask for maid service for clean towels/bed making, coffee refills, etc. or they won't come into your room. They say it is posted in the room but it was not anywhere posted. I give 5 stars, but ask upfront for service if you need/want it!
