We arrived around 10 am on a week day. The restaurant was not terribly busy. Our table was quite dirty, which is a gross way to start. The service was decent, but we did kind of get abandoned toward the end of our meal. She left the check and disappeared and it took quite a while to get someone to come to the register for me to pay. (I know there was a code on the receipt to pay online, but that wasn't my preferred way to pay that day.) I will say our order came out correctly -- there were 5 of us -- so getting everything right the first time is pretty good. One person's food came out a couple of minutes after the others' but still pretty good timing. One person's strawberry sauce leaked onto another person's food because of how the server was holding the plates and the server kind of treated like "hey look, you get bonus strawberry flavoring on your food today" instead of asking if it was okay that she got strawberry all over her food, but... I had a spicy shredded beef breakfast burrito. The beef was good. It wasn't horribly spicy, but had a little tingle. The menu describes the dish: "Tender shredded beef, Poblano & Serrano peppers, red peppers & onions, shredded Jack & Cheddar cheese, avocado and rice medley all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla or layered in a bowl. Served with Poblano queso and choice of side." My burrito came out stuffed with hashbrowns. I thought I had just missed that part on the menu, but nope, nowhere in the description does it say hashbrowns were included. I also did not notice any rice. Now, I didn't stop and check the menu while I was there to get any response from the staff, but I'll say now that it definitely wasn't prepared as advertised. (No, I didn't order hashbrowns as my side either, so it's not that.) In any case, it was edible, but overpowered by the hashbrowns and honestly by the avocado too. I will blame the avocado on myself. I am not a fan of avocado and should have asked for it to be left off. The side of queso, I did not even taste it because it looked like clumpy, oily, orange cottage cheese. I left most of the food on my plate after picking out the eggs, cheese and beef. I wasn't the first of our party to enter the restaurant so the part of the greeting I heard might have been taken out of context, but it was a little weird when the server asked "do you have any kids with you?" and said "Oh good." when we told her no. This location gives a false feeling of "easy parking" with the big lot in the back, but at the part of the parking lot where IHOP is located, most of the parking lot is raised and requires quite a walk down to the lower level and over to IHOP. Then unlike many of the businesses in this section, IHOP does not have a back customer entrance, so not only do you have to navigate the upper parking lot, you have to walk down to the street level to enter the restaurant. So, despite there being a lot of handicapped parking, I would not recommend this location if you are mobility-challenged.

Terrible food (orange juice was gross, egg was cold. The meat(shredded beef) had an odd taste. Terrible service (servers were stressed , you can hear how bad things were between staff. Overpriced for the quality of food they serve.

I haven't been back to an ihop in forever and i'm not sure what made me want to go back but it was very disappointing. eggs and bacon came out cold, took them back and put them in the microwave. paid extra for blueberry pancakes and got sent pancakes with strawberry syrup on just one them the other was blueberry syrup. just really ridiculous. will not try my luck again.

Breakfast on a Sunday morning with the whole family turned out pretty swell however, there is some room for improvement. First off, upon entry the "open" sign wasn't lit up so from street view I wad skeptical if this IHOP was still operating. Also, I was thrilled to try the flavor of the month, the receeses pieces pancakes, but alas, they were out of the candy so, that was out of the cards. However, the Carmel apple butter hot chocolate was delectable, my mom and I made the right choice. It was luscious, super flavorful of smooth apple butter, deep rich chocolate and creamy carmel all topping with a mountain of whipped cream. And priced under $4, it's worth the splurge. Now onto my meal, since pancakes were off the table (I wasn't knowing the mood for pumpkin spice) I went with something else new on the menu. My decision were the chicken florentine crepes and these ended up being a pretty solid savory breakfast. I do wish they had more of a spooky menu, but I digress. Anways, the crepes were a little chewy but they had a nice thickness but, the dish as a whole came together. I loved the fillings of hearty pieces of grilled chicken, earthy mushrooms, vibrant spinach, cubbed tomatoes and diced onions. Was it the freshness interpretation of this dish? No of course not but for a chain restaurant such as IHOP it's a nice switch up from the norm and it was filling and tasty. With the addition of eggey hollandaise, I could only finish one, or maybe it was the hot chocolate appetizer. In any instance, my entire family enjoyed their meal our service was excellent and the place was overall.clean and not overly packed for 10am on a Sunday. We would definitely come back

Very bad experience, service very poor , coffee was like straight out the fridge, normally when you get coffee they bring you water, And we were never check on to see if we needed anything after food was served. I had to raise my hand to request water after we finished eating.

We had planned to come here because it was convenient for us before our scheduled induction. Me and my pregnant girlfriend were seated by what seemed to be the manger. We waited for over 30 minutes for a server and no one came to greet us or check on us. Mean while three different servers including the manager that sat us walked by and not once did anyone ask us if we have been helped and it was not busy at all. This is some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a ihop. And we will not be coming back again.

IHOP is an American classic through and through. This restaurant always delivers with a satisfying meal and will have you wanting to come back. Chicken and Waffles is my tried and true go-to breakfast item. The chicken tenders here were pleasing, but were a bit dry and lacked the crunchiness I was looking for. The Belgian waffle was the saving gr however as those presented a gentle crispy exterior but contained a fluffy, rewarding interior. Know that I can spread butter like a normal person, this butter just didn't want to cooperate... Takeaway: would absolutely come back, but would gravitate to more of the waffles and pancakes...duh, it's in the name!

Good morning, my hotel doesn't start serving breakfast till after 6:30. IHOP opens at 6:00. After they got things going... I had a great breakfast. The coffee was good (freshly made) The server, Jeannine, was bubbly and pleasant. Everything was decorated for Christmas and sleepy Christmas music was playing.
