I enjoyed the delicious food, festive dining area and efficient service during my dine-in lunch visit. The taco plate ($8.00) included three tacos with choice of meat and choice of toppings, refried beans and rice. It was served ten minutes after I ordered at the table, which gave me time to dig into the complimentary chips and surprisingly good medium salsa. Two other salsas were available with the meal: hot and mild salsa verde. I liked the generous portions, the moist rice and the tasty beans, but the chicken was overly moist. You pay after the meal at the counter. The festive dining area had two TVs (one turned on) and lively Mexican music. They also offer a few varieties of beer. Overall, very nice!

Machetes is fantastic. The food is great and the sauce is delicious. They give you chips with warm salsa to start. The food is well priced and everything tastes great. I highly recommend trying the machete with El Pastor. You won't regret it.
