Might be the best Potbelly I've been to. The staff were extremely nice and patient. The chicken club wrap was amazing. Be sure to get their garlic aioli sauce instead of the ranch. Yumm-o. Also love that they offer Coke products and awesome juices! The tables were nice and clean and it was a very calm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. We simply placed a carry out order to grab on our way to a ball game. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived and asked for the order and continued asking for it for another 30 minutes, only for them to discover the exact order was sitting right there on the counter waiting for us the entire time. No apology. No discount. Just "oops". We were late to the game. Thanks. Super unprofessional. We won't be coming back.

I happened to order through the app a few weeks ago and when I went to pickup my order they were out of a lot of things. I basically had to change my order completely which wasn't ideal at the moment. However, when I reached out to the support I received a response from the manager after a few days saying our meals would be covered the next time I came in. So when I went in this past weekend, he honored what he said and our meals were covered. Great service! The food itself was spectacular as always and the place was very lively and welcoming to eat our meal. I will be back.

RUDE staff, mediocre food. From the outside the place gives off a nice ambiance as a cute little sandwich shop. The menu has plenty of options for everyone but the staff would cut me off anytime I had a question. The flow of the line is also stunted because they make you wait in the middle for toppings. So you're awkwardly standing there while someone makes online orders, door dash, etc. Then when they finally are ready to hear you they have an attitude because of their lack of communication. All of these staff members need to learn the menu, learn customer service, and be able to offer additional items. Finally why are we toasting the BREAD then adding cold meat ? Will not return.

This was my first time trying Potbelly and I will most definitely be back! I had a pizza melt sandwich with bacon at the suggestion of Rick and it was the perfect touch. Rick was so helpful for my first time trying this place out. He was so friendly, inviting, and made the environment so fun. The place had a lot of regulars that most individuals recognized by name which was so cool to see. I highly recommend this if you need a good sandwich shop!

God forbid you don't hold their hand while you're ordering or they will leave LITERALLY EVERYTHING OFF THE SANDWICH. Like I seen the name of the sandwich, looked at the picture of the sandwich, and read the description of the sandwich AND THEY DONT GIVE ME THE SANDWICH. This shit is literally meat and cheese on bread and nothing that they said in the description.... Auwful

This is my second time going to potbelly's, I work on the plaza so I thought that it would be a convenient spot to start going to get my lunch. When I want a sandwich however, both times I've went ive been hardly acknowledge and the staff are rude. I told her what sandwich I wanted and she asked what size and I said what sizes do you offer and she said well they're on the board pretty hastily.... There's one guy that works there and he is the only one that does his job and he's the kindest one all the girls on the team don't even acknowledge you when you're ordering a sandwich and then when your sandwich is done being toasted, they say they'll help you with the toppings and they literally walk away. I was standing there while my toasted sandwich was on the counter, and the two girls went back to the back and started laughing and didn't help me the guy that was packaging cookies on the back counter had to step away and help me. Horrible experiences both times with customer service. I am honestly so surprised at how rude I was treated and I didn't even feel like I was even really there, they just ignored me so much! I definitely won't be going back as I didn't feel like they cared to take care of me, I'll go back to Jimmy John's at least they do their job :)

A few weeks ago, I went back to Potbelly and was amazed. This store has done a complete 180! The staff was beyond friendly. It was clean, and the sandwich was so good! I'm thrilled I gave them a second chance. The best sandwich place in town!
