It's hotel Nirvana! Amazing. Vaulted ceiling, well lit entry with a fireplace welcomes you. There's another fireplace outside. Great front desk staff. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Friendly. The room! Somehow ended up with a two bedroom suite with a fireplace in the living room and a full kitchen. Nice kitchen table for work, too. They serve BREAKFAST here! Yes, really. Breakfast is not completely gone for the road warriors. Saves so much time. Good place to coordinate with the traveling colleagues. The whole day goes better after a good breakfast. Thank you for this. Beds are great. Linens are superb. Plenty of pillows. Will post an update in the AM. But so far -- wow!

Are you people alright? This place deserves ZERO stars.... I know that the Rhode Island community manager isn't a fan of harsh reviews, so maybe you should stop reading because this one's gonna get real bad. Hard to complain when you're here for a conference and you are not paying. However, free isn't always a good thing. I was put in a room on the third floor and got zero sleep the first night because it literally sounded like my bed was on the freeway. I then switched rooms and was put in a room facing the "courtyard". The manager thought it was an amazing room. I'm gonna let some of the pictures speak for themselves.... Upon entering the room I was attacked by a fly that I had to chase around the room- that wouldn't be my one fly by the way. Then as I'm going to the bathroom- sitting on the toilet that I didn't know if it was gonna come out of the wall at any moment- I looked over and saw a nice daddy long legs sitting in the tub. Luckily that was easier to get then The flies that I had to chase around the room for 24 hours. I figured I would go relax on my courtyard patio because the stench in the room was overwhelming. However, it was littered with bugs and the screen door wasn't on the track. Also the curtain looked like a wolverine tried to get through it with so many slices and holes in it - very odd. I had to use the entire bottle of Palmolive and plug the sink with a sponge because the stench emanating from it was across between old garbage and cat puke. i'm so glad that I brought Lysol wipes and hand wipes because I scouted them around the room to try to absorb some of the smell. The smell is so bad I couldn't even keep my clothes in the drawers. how this place has any more than one star is beyond me. if I make it out of here with no bedbugs, I'm gonna consider myself very lucky. Marriot, you should be ashamed of yourselves this place should be shut down.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott near the airport! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. The entrance was a little tricky to find due to a turn, but once I got in, everything else was flawless. First off, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I checked in, and they were quick to assist with any requests throughout my stay. Whether I needed extra amenities or had questions about the area, they were always ready to help with a smile. The room itself was fantastic--spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet. I loved the layout and how comfortable everything was. One of my favorite features was the patio/porch on the bottom floor. It was such a nice touch, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day. The hotel also offers a variety of channels for entertainment, making it easy to unwind at night. Another highlight was the breakfast. It wasn't just a typical continental spread--this was a full, nutritious breakfast with a variety of options to fuel your day. From fresh fruit to eggs, oatmeal, and even healthy protein choices, it was obvious that the hotel cares about the well-being of its guests. It felt like a nice, wholesome start to the day. The hotel was also incredibly affordable for the quality of service and amenities. For the price, I couldn't believe how much value I was getting. The entire property was quiet, well-maintained, and had a calming atmosphere that made it the perfect place to recharge, especially if you're flying in or out of the airport. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to the airport without feeling like you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's super convenient, yet peaceful--exactly what you want when traveling. Overall, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay with top-notch service. It's the perfect combination of convenience, value, and quality. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!

The moment my wife and I walked in through the front entrance, we were hit by an overwhelming odor of a cinnamon scented air freshener. As a result, I experienced a severe asthma attack and had to leave the building. Fortunately, I carry a portable nebulizer in our car, so I was able to avoid an ER visit. In all of our travels and all of our visits to Marriott hotels, we have never experienced such a severe threat to my respiratory health. I am appalled that any hotel manager would be sufficiently ignorant of environmental health concerns as to risk exposing guests with asthma, COPD, emphysema, or other respiratory diseases to such a potent chemical odor. This experience will make us reconsider any future plans to stay in any Marriott hotel.

Tv in room didn't work and maintenance couldn't fix it and we were told we were unable to switch rooms. Aside from this we were told the hotel no longer has a hot tub 2 hours before check in, too late to cancel. WORST stay i have ever experienced at any hotel. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I would rate zero stars if i could. Do not stay here!

I love it here! Spacious lobby and friendly employees and very clean. Very quiet during the day. Wish they had outdoor pool but they have very nice outdoor hangout space with grill and fire pit for fall/winter season. Lots of edible weeds out in the field and sidewalks!

My mom and I decided to go to Kansas City for my uncles anniversary service and I am so glad that she picked here to stay. This Residence Inn is not a lot to look at on the outside, but of course it is the inside that counts. Upon walking in the automatic doors open to a spacious lobby with tons of seating. There is an open and free breakfast area next to it. We were warmly greeted by the front desk folks and we were allowed to check in early, which was super nice. I was really tired, so upon walking into our room I passed out asleep on one of the comfy queen sized beds. I got some of the best sleep that I've had in a few days! The bed had just the right amount of firmness and softness and I felt good upon waking up. Our room is super spacious with the bedroom connecting to an open bathroom. The front area has a couch that opens up to a bed and a super functioning kitchen. It really felt like a home. I wish I was staying here for longer that just a night. This would be a great long term stay and great for more than two as well. I definitely would love to come back here!

This hotel is a beast!! The first word I would use to describe it is spacious. Spacious lobby and breakfast area, spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating, spacious hallways, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast had lots of options and was well presented. All front desk staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only drawback would be the walk from your room to the lobby could be a haul. But I would absolutely stay here again.

What can I say, the staff at residence inn welcomed our family with open arms to celebrate thanksgiving and we were thankful for them! It was a big group of us and they didn't have any issues with accommodating anything we needed. The front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly!! Shout out to Jerry, Debbie and the manager of housekeeping I didn't get her name but thank you!! If I had any suggestions or complaints. I would suggest that when the conference room is rented out that the staff would help take the trash to the dumpsters. Complaint would be that they shut breakfast down 10 minutes early, I do understand there is a 3 hour timeframe but sometimes last minute things happen. All in all we had a wonderful time and we want to thank the Marriot brand for helping with an unforgettable event!!!!!
