I'm under the impression that all sonics are the same. Don't hire anyone over the age of 20. Expect them to run an actual business with no business experience. I guess that makes sense to keep their prices low. But the consumer, especially at this location, pays with something more valuable than money, which is time. don't come here expecting a quick in and out. especially on the weekend. the food is the same quality as you would find at any other sonic.

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger with no bun... and I said and add cheese, and the worker said it comes with cheese! And I said okay thank you! I got my two pattys, with no cheese. I went back and my patty's were already cold and they only handed me two slices of cheese. They didn't even remake my patty's and they were so mid and cold. Do better please! I paid $7 for that?

Consistently bad food and service. They have a hard time making food and seem to be high or on drugs. Terrible service, terrible food. I've been a few times thinking it might just be a one off experience, but it is like that every time. The one on north oak and 152 is better.

Ordered a plain CHEESEBURGER with no bun and got two patties. Went back into the line and asked how they could fix it and put the cheese on it and they thought the way was giving us two pieces of cold cheese. It looked disgusting a patty with two slices of cold cheese for 7 dollars.

I waited 15 minutes then I ordered a # 7 from the drive-thru. I was thinking that the long wait meant that the food would be fresh. I should have taken that long wait to mean that there were problems and I should have left. When I get to the window I pay, then she hands me a cup that is completely soaked including the lid. I asked for napkins to dry the cup and she sucked air through her teeth as if I asked her to loan me money. When I got home I discovered that they gave me old dried out rubbery hot dogs.

Waited 20+ minutes and food was cold when finally delivered. They did offer to start the order over. It would have been faster to go in to a restaurant and be served.

We have come here many times... Most of the time our order is wrong. Tonight, we documented it. I had a jr. deluxe hamburger and the BF had a jr. double cheeseburger... Needless to say, we both got cheese and I got a half of a burger patty. Not cool. It's actually embarrassing since they get the Icecream orders right 99% of the time. Don't recommend for food besides dessert. Sorry... But I'm not sorry.

My fiancé got the the new big scoop cookie dough blast, it has a scoop on top of cookie dough! Sonic is always coming up with new treats! The drive-thu line was long but they did offer us 15% off for waiting -that was nice.
