I haven't been to this location in a very long time, I usually go to the one on 78th St. but after waiting almost 15 minutes for two drinks and a small dollar 99 cheeseburger. I had to leave. I got there around 6:38 and it was 653 and had not received anything yet. A little frustrating that I wanted a little snack and a drink prior before my meeting at 7 o'clock I'll never stop at the sonic again. Should've went to churches chicken next-door. I would've got my food sooner.

Okay so I've been coming back quite a bit. Mainly because it's so close my house and the kids' love for the limeades and half priced shakes. Apparently there is a new staff on deck. Yesssss!!!! The people who are there are so much more pleasant. They are more helpful. They listen over the speaker. They are even a bit faster. A bit. The food is the same as it would be at any Sonic but I have to give it to them. They are doing better in the customer service department. I appreciate it.

This is such a SLOW location! It doesn't matter if you are the only car there. I have gone several times because of the location and I never seem to remember just HOW slow the service is. DON'T go if you're in a hurry! Also, once I asked for a water with my meal and they gave me what must come with the kids meal because it was a cup that holds about 3 oz of water. That was weird. Cheap?

Probably the worst hotdog I've had in my whole life. By the way the other the other food does not look appetizing. Don't stop here if you're looking for a public restroom either you won't find it. My recommendation is drive far far away and save your money

Always out of onion rings!!! I went to 3 Sonics last night! No onion rings at any of them!! So I went to Arbys and had their onion rings for the first time. I must say they were better than Sonics! Goodbye slow service and running out of stuff! I will not be back!!!!

Never had a bad meal, but the service needs steady and constant supervisors. The revolving door of management shows is the quality and service Update. July 20th. Limited to where we can park because of the size of our truck and parking spaces, we have to park near the rear of the store. First of all, either the order taker was just plain dumb and was taking our order from the wrong machine or our speaker was broken. They sent a girl out to take out order. Paying with a credit card, the order was supposed to placed inside and it would come up on the screen for us to pay, it never did. It was explained that the cashier put our order in at the wrong station. They wanted to take our credit card inside and the ring it, yeah NO! First of all, a $20,000 credit card never leaves my sight, second of all if you screw up twice on the order in the first place, why would I trust you to get it right and it overcharge me?!? The cashier gave me a dirty look and made the comment "think I'm going to steal it?". Drop the attitude and don't take things racially personal, I don't trust anyone with my credit card. But anyways that was it, I am done with this store. Poor management for years and now the mice are running the store, and it's only getting worst. By the way, we left hungry and returned our food, even though they were the ones who messed up the order and did nothing to correct it. Poor customer service
