Wanted to get a subway sandwich after my 12 hour shift at the hospital. Got to subway at 7:45pm on 9/22 and the doors were locked. The subway employee saw me trying to get in and looked at me and didn't not do anything. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service, Inwent there to have a tuner sandwich, I asked for the restroom key ,to wash hands tooks me couple minutes and back I never heard that in any subways.. I went to Subway for dinner tonight for my lunch break at work. I realized after ordering and ready to check out I left my wallet in another pair of pants. *fail* The staff was super nice to me and patient as I figured out if I had enough money to pay for anything. Luckily, I found enough in my purse to pay for my sandwich. However, I had to put my drink, chips, and cookie back. When I got to work I finished my sandwich and realized the employee put the cookie in my bag. They didn't have to do that or even be patient with me, but they were. A huge shout out to these awesome employees. I hope their manager appreciates them!

My 6" chicken teriyaki sandwich on wheat ($4.99) tasted great, with plenty of tasty chicken and fresh veggies, on fresh bread. The service at the counter was somewhat friendly and fast, while the dining area was clean and spacious, but without background music. This location has a drive-thru. Overall, A-OK.

Avoid this location at all costs. Ordered at the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon. Service took well over 10 minutes and the staff didn't really seem to care. Not to mention my sandwhich was missing ingredients.

After I made my order it took over 10min for someone to come to the drive through and acknowledge me, even though a worker passed by the drive thru window as saw me. When a worker finally came to the window he has headphones in his ears, and just looked at me and said $8.00 even though my total was $5.00, I had to ask him to repeat because he was so quiet which lets me believe he was STILL listening to music while attempting to attend to me! He then stopped and said oh I mean $5.00. He grabbed my card closed the window without saying a word, came back 2min later with my sandwich and card and literally just handed them to me and closed the window. I've been to this location before and have never experienced this. My receipt has be being served by: Alexis. The service was rude, and as a paying customer you don't have to be completely jolly I understand what it's like to have a long day at work but at least acknowledge that I am waiting and have some respect! I could've been anyone, the owner, the CEO, some training on customer service and apparently supervision needs to be put into effect at this location.
