Do not use this service or Execucar that they are affiliated with. We booked our trip to and from the airport so we could relax for vacation and not be worried about parking or asking friends for a ride. Booked it over a week in advance. They never showed. Our pickup was scheduled at 4:05 in the morning and no one came at all. No call. No text. Nothing. We called the customer service number and they connected me to three different people over 20 minutes. The final person simply said, "we can have someone there in maybe 20 minutes." And we were already 30 minutes past pickup time. We drove ourselves. After three days I got an email saying they would refund my money. No apology or even an attempt at an explanation. Don't use them. It's not worth the stress.

The worst customer service I have ever had via phone. The reps re obviously outsourced because you can't understand and have to request they repeat. I called to get a better understanding of what I need to do since my flight arrival time changed. The rep (Miko) was highly annoyed and when I said I have a question he kept saying "what is it" "what do you want". I asked for a supervisor and he told me they don't have one and I have to call back. He ultimately hung up on me. The service is cheap but definitely not worth rude treatment.

If I could rate Super Shuttle with negative stars, I would. My ExecuCar ordered via Super Shuttle's website was 85 minutes late picking me up in Leavenworth, KS on Sunday morning. I ordered my car almost 18 hours in advance. The first time I was notified there was an issue getting a car was at 3:40 am, 15 minutes before it was scheduled to arrive. I had to cancel my original United Airlines flights and buy a separate ticket on Southwest using most of my accrued SW points to do so (16,661 points). They need to reimburse my total ExecuCar fare, fees, and tip ($62.31) AND $216.59 for my SW points (at 1.3 cents per point) + $5.60 SW booking fee for a grand total of $284.50.

There was a tiny navigational glitch: I had to give him directions for the last 1/4 mile to the hotel: for some reason they don't bother using GPS. What's with that? Anyway, a good experience, despite the fact that everyone seems to enjoy bashing SuperShuttle. The shuttles are installed with SmartDrive® dual DVR video recorders: they are video cameras that record a front and rear view, as well as "block box" acceleration measurements. Wow, these guys are great! It was my first time using SuperShuttle since I normally rent a car while on business trips. This time I opted to use this service for my round trip from MCI to Downtown KC hotel. First of all, it was very easy and convenient to book my trips online. You just have to specify your to and from location and give them your flight time. You have to choose what kind of service you prefer, such as shared ride, private, luxury vehicle, etc. You can add your tips and prepay the whole thing. Second, they are very prompt. They'll send you a text to remind you when you are getting picked up. They will give you the vehicle number so that you can get on the right one. You can track your driver/vehicle on a map with the link they send you. They'll text you they arrive at your location. Third, drivers were very courteous, friendly, and efficient. One of them was very quiet perhaps I was riding in the shared vehicle with 7 or so more passengers. The driver from the airport was talkative perhaps because I was the only passenger in a shared vehicle. I loved using this service. I will use it again. Highly recommended!!

Horribly messy, bulky, confusing service. Cost $90 round trip to ride in a dirty van for a few minutes to and from the airport. They don't make it clear but you're not set when you purchase your tickets. You have to check in somehow on an app or magically find the phone number otherwise even with a confirmation number and receipt they'll leave you on the curb after your long flight. Choose anyone else.

NIGHTMARE. I called on our layover when I saw our flight would be delayed and was assured we would have a car when we landed. TWO HOURS LATER we were finally picked up by the worst driver I have ever experienced in decades of travel. Took another half an hour to get a normal driver. Won't be using super shuttle EVER again.

If it were possible to give negative, I would. I'm not sure what happened to SuperShuttle. They used to be really good. My flight was delayed. I hurried straight to the pickup place. Couldn't find a driver. Went back in and called the dispatcher. Vince, told me the driver waited 30 minutes and left. He said I'd have to go to the taxi stand and call another driver and pay. My one way cost is already $120. I paid for a round trip in advance. No way I'm paying for another trip. He told me there was no other option, and I needed to call the 800.258.3826 number. I did, twice. I was hung up on both times. Supershuttle, your customer service is abominable. Ole Vince could have made a raving fan for you. Instead, I'll be telling everyone at work about my experience. Next time, I'll use 5GuysTransportation.com I noticed they have someone at the end of the stairs with a sign bearing the name of the person they're going to pick up. What happened to you, SuperShuttle?
