I happened to spot this food truck while I was getting gas across the street. Decided to pick up a Birria burrito to test them out. The burrito was very tasty and had an OK size to it. Lower quality pork was used as it was fattier than normal. It did not take very long to prepare the food and the lady working the truck was very kind. If the meat was not as fatty and the portion was a little bigger for the price, it would have received 5 stars.
