Where do I start. Oh yeah should have come here sooner. I had a special meatball stroganoff. It was fantastic. Noodles were perfect meatballs were made in house as expected. Also my party had the braised duroc pork shoulder with grits n collard greens. I'll be honest I can't stand collard greens, I tasted these and wow I'm a changed man, they were fantastic a little tart on tasted was perfect. Service was always there taking care of us. It was busy packed but not loud. The menu is not too complicated a great selection for everyone in the party. And since dinner was so good we went for dessert. The apple pie was more like a large crisp flavor packed as was the S'more pie. Go there, you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah pricing Not Dennys Not 1587 Prime Not even acre I'd place it at $$$ Kinda like Nick n Jake's or Prima. Slightly higher but we'll worth it.

There are a few reasons I had to give this restaurant a 3 and not a 5 for our first visit during happy hour. Ambiance- was nice, new restaurant so still very clean and well ket up. Service- our waiter was slow but good. He did his best for how busy they started getting around 5. Food: this is the major reason for the knock down in stars. First if you are not a blue cheese fan... it takes out at least 10 menu options lol. Is that how they make restaurants sound fancy... they add blue cheese to a bunch of dishes? Anywho, I ended up going with a salad even though I really don't like spending over $20 for a salad... I got the salmon 'Caesar' they called it. I wasn't a huge fan and then cut into my salmon and it was still raw, had my husband look at it and he's like yeah don't eat that. So I lost my appetite. The waiter ended up comping that meal, thankfully. My husband got the catfish with sweet potato fries- I love sweet potato fries so he shared- those were yummy! Overall, prices were steep, happy hour menu was not that great- prices or options. We probably won't be back. We have always been fans of Summit Grill and knowing they're a 'sister' restaurant, we thought trying Third Street would be worth the prices, not in our opinions.

I was recommend this place by a coworker, and it is definitely delicious for my meal. I'm the type of person who knows what I want prior to going to a planned dinner. I don't want to read the menu when sat, I'm there to socialize with family or friends. I decided before going on the pot pie, my server kindly asked if I liked mushrooms, which wasn't an ingredient on the menu listing. I said "eh they are ok, not the biggest fan". Instead she recommended the chicken and spinach lasagna. I am so happy I went with this choice. It was amazing and filling. Other pros: macaroni side was large and delicious, my dad seemed to enjoy the pastrami sandwich. It wasn't very loud there. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Cons: dry rub burger was meh, for a dry rub it was very saucy and the bottom bun basically was disintegrated and the chicken and waffles weren't too exciting. I ended up with the phyllo desert, it was ok. I recommend them to think about a Mac and cheese burger, the Mac and cheese was very appetizing.

First time visiting this location. It was a little tricky to find since it sits back off the road. But once you get here, the inside view is very bright and of course they still have the great menu. Service was great and the food & drinks always hit the spot. I ordered my usual Shrimp and grits. So much flavor in it, highly recommend.

A couple of friends and I met for our monthly book club happy hour and the drinks and apps did not disappoint! We tried the Ruby Red Slipper, The Lavender Bee, and the Greyhound. They were all very tasty, but the Ruby Red Slipper was my favorite! We also ordered a few apps - regular fries, sweet potato fries, Korean steak tacos, and the mini cheddar biscuits. They had a dessert tray that we spotted when we walked in and it was a must try. We settled on the s'mores pie! Everything was great and I will definitely be back! Per the usual, I snapped a photo of our drinks but then I got too excited about the food and forgot to take a couple photos. The only thing to beware of is that the happy hour specials are ONLY for the bar area. We didn't know that when we arrived and we were seated in the restaurant. After being seated and served water, we found out about the specials and had to move tables. This seemed a bit unnecessary to me since the restaurant area was completely empty and the happy hour specials ended at 6pm. Also, since we had to move to the bar, we had to change serves and we felt bad for our first server. For this reason, my rating went from a 5 star to a 4 star.

I've been to this location a few times as well as the Lee's Summit location. The food has always been great at both locations. Ok this particular visit the food was great but the service was seriously lacking. It was about twenty minutes after we were seated before anyone even came to take our drink orders. That set the tone for the meal because everything else was slow as well. We ended up getting a couple droning and appetizers before our meals. Our glasses and plates from our appetizers were never cleared off the table until the bill arrived. Not a huge deal but when their prices reflect an upscale restaurant you expect better service.

You can't go wrong with the brussels sprouts and cauliflower as a starter the third street social refresher is absolutely delightful. The Gouda gluten-free mac & cheese is my absolute favorite! And yes, the The shrimp and stuffed crab salmon was a hit. Third Street social has a lively vibe where there is an abundance of servers and televisions for your sports, loving entertainment the fun lights, colorful tiles and open air concept. Make it a very fun place for a great date.

Third Street Social is a fine spot to grab a lunch. There's nothing particularly special or outstanding about the restaurant but that's ok. It's got good food and makes for a good spot to grab a bite with family. We went on a snowy day after Thanksgiving and there were a few groups having parties and using a private dining area. I thought it was neat the restaurant was doing a great job serving the private parties and parties of what seemed to be 10+. We went on a weekend day and didn't have a problem getting a table or anything. The hostess was friendly and made sure we sat exactly where we wanted to be. I'm blanking on our server's name but they were very helpful with my family's gluten intolerance. They checked on every item and made sure everything was good for them! As for food, we shared the deviled eggs which were just like the ones you'd have at a family get together. I had the Social Cheeseburger for my main. I enjoyed the burger and liked the stacked, thinner patties. The burger was pretty good but I wish it came with a larger side of fries.
