Walked in, and the place was pretty chill, nice atmosphere, good music and not too loud. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I drive trucks so I was able to bob tail in and park in there back lot. My hookah was very good and smooth. Lots of flavors and options, I would come here again when I'm in KC.

My first time in this city and this hookah lounge was rated high on google maps. The service was great and Ali was on point all night. I recommend you give it a try if you enjoy hookah and great music. Thanks for the service..!

I would have never noticed this place if I wasn't invited out to it! This hookah lounge was actually nice to my surprise. The couches and chairs were comfortable and new. I don't actually smoke hookah, so I can't comment on the product. However, the prices were comparable to other spots I have been to! This lounge is more chill than most. Music is being played, but not to the point you can't hear your groups conversation. Literally come in sweats if you want. While I was there on a Friday night there was only one other group. They do not serve any alcohol, but they do have soft drinks for purchase.

A friend of mine made reservations for Saturday night and we were pleasantly surprised that there one was only one other group there when we arrived. We were seated right away and also received 4 hookahs promptly. The service was good and the Chai was delectable! We will definitely be back!

Great place, went there on a weeknight cause we were from out of town and in KC for business. Went to two other places that were indicated as being open, but were closed, thankfully we called and confirmed Urban was open. We got a great hookah, and they offered SEVERAL flavors, and any flavor they didnt have, the owner wrote down and said he would have it next time. Nice ! ( even though i wont be here to enjoy it ) the hookah had an LED base with lights, and they had great service and chai tea. Owner came by and chatted with me and my friend and was very nice. Definitely will visit anytime we are in town.

Great place to relax and enjoy some Hookah. Staff was awesome, friendly, attentive, and fun to be around. The Magic Hookah ring light is very worth it. It adds a new element of fun!
