The night shift was truly amazing for me. I understand that many people may not share the same sentiment, but when I visited tonight, the staff treated me with such kindness. My food arrived hot and fresh, and my only minor complaint was the fact that the cash registers at the front were not working for some odd reason. Consequently, they had to use the drive-through window, although, thankfully, they weren't too busy. Edit: one of the employees looked for me to give me my change what employee looks for you. The only reason he looked for me was because i had went to fill up my cup.

The service was horrible from them taking my order, taking my money and giving me my food. My order was not right, they didn't have what I really wanted to order and the kids at the windows act like they have no clue what they are doing

If I could give this place less than 1 I would. They do this stupid thing where they have every car pull away from the window and park to wait for thier food instead of staying in the drive thru to give the impression that their line is moving fast. But really you have to sit here for 15 min waiting for one cheeseburger. Sometimes multiple cars leave the line, myself included before they even order because they will let you sit at the order box for 10 min without saying a word. Sometimes they are on top of their stuff but most of the time you have to sit and wait because their 5 person team can't handle more than 3 orders at a time without a 15 min wait. I would recommend never coming to this location if you don't have to. The only reason I come sometimes is because the McDonald's next to it always has a 8 car line. I'd imagine it's because nobody will come to this Wendy's. I work in one of the busiest restaurants in Kansas City and our kitchen can get "real" food out to tables faster than this Wendy's can get a bag of fries to you.

I went through this drive thru excited because there was no one in line only to find out that they were taking orders, having customers pay, then making them go curbside to wait for their food. Several cars were instructed to go curbside to wait over 15 minutes, even a customer who only ordered a large drink. After waiting almost 20 minutes to get my food, I go inside to let them know I would just like a refund. I didn't get an apology for the wait, the staff was just rude and very unprofessional! I will not be going back to this location EVER!!

Horrible, Horrible customer service. 4647 State Ave, Kansas City KS store, I am a door dasher and EVERY time I have been there most of the time in evenings and the doors are locked and you must use the drive thru, and it is always before 9 p.m. the doors are locked. Couple of times was there earlier and I was inside the store and had to wait over 30 minutes for my customers food, and when I ask if mine is ready, very rudely we are working on it. As for the drive thru you place your order drive around pay for the order or tell them the name on your order and they park you and you wait there for 30-40 minutes and then they finally bring food out and play guessing games of what you ordered. This last time I went thru the drive thru and was asked to pull forward I explained to the kid that I have had very bad experiences when asked to park and that i would just stay right there until I received my food. They refused to service me. Put in a call to the corporate office and awaiting a phone call back. Being a door dasher sometimes we have other food for customers in our cars and that really messes up the delivery for 2 customers at the same time. I have to select a star rating 1 is the lowest but they do not deserve a 1, if they can not get this store figured out they need to shut it down. HORRIBLE HORIBBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

The woman on drive-through window refused to serve me. The women working at this store are the RUDEST EVER. I went to Wendys drive-through at 36th & State Ave, Kansas City, KS yesterday on 3/9/21 at approx 1:45 pm. She asked "May I help you?" I said "I have a keytag for a free chocolate Frosty Jr and" She cut me off & said "We don't have Frosties. We're OUT." I said "Well, you advertise them, you gave me two keytags for them, but every time I come through HERE, you are always out of them." Then I started to say "I would like to get a hamburger" when she cut me off again and screamed at me "We are OUT of FROSTIES!" I said, "Well, I'd like to order a hamburger, if that's okay with you." She said "You can have a hamburger, but without the attitude. Just GET OUT of my drive-through line, and HAVE A GOOD DAY!" All of her coworkers laughed, and she hung up on me! Since there were 3 cars ahead of me, I decided not to wait to get to the drive-through window b/c I had to get back to work. With no food. At this location, they will NEVER let you speak to the manager. The last time I was there, I had asked for the manager when the lady on the counter was exceptionally rude about the frosty keytag. The lobby was full. She pointed to a man near the pop machines & said that's the manager. I went over to him, and he said he doesn't work there. They all fell out laughing, in front of the other customers. They will never get you their manager. I left a v/m for Corporate, who never even returned my call. This is what you get at THIS Kanssa City, KS location. The animals are running the farm here. The lobby doors were locked.

Couldn't use my app for any coupons or deals. The burgers were old and dry with very little toppings. This was not a standard Baconator yet I had to pay $7 for just the sandwich. Dining room was filthy. Couldn't find a table that was clean and it wasn't busy. As we were eating a worker came to address the Dining room. Cokeall over the floor by the coke machine. Every thing is sticky. Yuck. I won't be back here if possible.
