Don't come to this location for breakfast they're never open on time. Had to cancel my mobile order should go to the parallel pkwy location instead their customer service is better and they're always open on time for breakfast.

I like Wendy's food but the service is terrible. Because when I ask for a specific kind of burger of chicken nuggets or even sauce they never get the order right, I have to tell them more than twice all the time. The manager is very disrespectful because we told him the order is wrong and he started to scream at us so I would like it if you guys actually did something about it, like fire him because that would be the best choice.

I've been to this location several times. It never fails - about 2 hours before closing they stop taking orders. They say their system is down. Also, I've been during the day as well - the food is dry, the fries are always cold, the chicken nuggets are literally burnt to chips! Many times I drove off with old stale food! Management never answers their phones. It's the worse Wendy's in town. They disappoint 100% of the time.

Avoid this location at all costs. Starve and die before you consider eating here. We ordered, which was a repeat it twice session, then waited 25 minutes in line behind two cars where food was seen going out to cars then back in to the restaurant, then back out and back in. This happened with both cars and even though we had already paid, we left. They way the workers were standing around on their phones and not getting any orders right made it obvious that cleanliness was quite possibly not a concern either. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

I've never seen a business overreact before. So today I pull into the Wendy's drive through. I ask the lady first for a large Dave's vanilla cherry soda thing. She says ok" and the screen reads "small drink".so I think "ok, she'll change it to large. So I start to order my next drink and it still says "small drink". So I pause. Still says "small drink." So I say very politely, just confused "I'm. It still says small drink?" And this lady, voice dripping with attitude says "it's LARGE" and lo and behold suddenly the screen reads large drink. Magic, right? So I say "oh ok thank you." And I continue ordering my other two drinks. Again say thank you and pull up to the window to pay and gather my drinks. This rude lady and her 3 friends are at the window laughing and as she opens the window she loudly says 'haha, I know right?! CALM DOWN!" so I'm just looking at her confused. Wondering if she's talking about me because I've been working retail since I was 16 (off and on on some form or another) and the thing I despise most in my life, the very bane of my very existence is "Karen The Nightmare Customer" and I try very hard not to be that. I've had completely wrong orders before but just smiled and walked off. I mean I don't raise hell to cashiers or food workers. They don't deserve that. And my calm "I'm. It says small drink?" Was not, in my opinion, enough to warrant such a response. So she tells me, again, full on attitutude, my total and walks off. Someone else steps up and by her fancier shirt, hat, and general demeanor I deduce she must be the manager on staff at the moment. And now I'm really blown away. Because me, the least "Karen" you will ever get in your line, apparently warranted stepping aside so the manager could "handle" me. So she again tells me my total and gives me the 'just don't make any trouble, I don't feel lien dealing with you' sarcastic smile. And I'm like. Wow. Seriously? But, because I still won't ever be a 'Karen' I said 'ok thank you!' And I watch as they pile up the drinks near the window. She smiles at me, nasty smile, and hands me my change. If my simple 'um, excuse me" needs a manager to take over I really hate to see what happens when the real "Karen's" come up. So think twice before ever going to Wendy's on 7740 Tauromee Ave, Kansas City KS 66112. Also I guess they thought they got one over on me bc I got a sweet tea when I specifically asked for unsweetened and she repeated "you asked for unsweetened?" And I said "yes please". Not the first time they got my order wrong but the first time they WAY overreacted. Childish. Ridiculous.
