The past 5 calls to Yellow cab was just awful I did not ever get get a ride all I got was every 30 minutes was a auto call telling me that they were still try to find me a cab driver! 3 of the rides I had book the ride the night before!

We booked a ride to the airport the day before our flight as it was very early in the morning. Not only did they not show up, they couldn't tell us when someone would. Nearly missed our flight. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not book them for an airport shuttle. The other services were booked, so we were left with them.

Well hello it's you again. I just have all the luck! It's him in his finest! His mustache today completely covers is mouth, kind of like the door guard to Emerald City in Wizard of Oz, About same shortness too. Not as snarly today, whining most of the trip about getting dumped by his ex for a buff fireman named Tony with a longer hose. After the dump he was kicked out of the vehicle and left at the Stover fair. My first thought was to suggest he should have tried to catch a job with the carnival workers. He'd have fit in perfect! He seemed so distraught I didn't have the heart today. As I paid for my fare I gave him an unearned tip but this was my charity for God's work I guess. I said ""Cheer up, Don't you pick up your middle school principal , Vince, next"? He looked up and his crazy looking face lit up. "Freaking firemen don't have anything on my guy". He sped off. I know I'll see that crazy yellow cab man again. I always carry mace now!!!!!!! Yellow Cab you sure know how to pick 'em!

I reserved a taxi for my early flight. The taxi did not show up and when I called they did not have any drivers available. I quickly had to request an uber and almost did not make my flight. Very frustrating when not reliable.

I am sick of Yellow Cab. They have the WORST customer service and the people in dispatch are jerks. The cab drivers are typically scary, and very rarely do you get one who doesn't either smell or talk incessantly on their cell phone while driving. I always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for one of their cabs to arrive. The dispatcher typically says a cab is five minutes away. This really means that it will be at least 15 minutes, if not more. The dispatchers are always rude when you call to reserve a cab. They act like they are put out of their way to get you a cab. Last night topped it off for me. I had reserved a cab to a bar with Taxi Magic and paid with my iPhone. It worked great the first time. However, it did not work out on the way back. I reserved another cab to take us back to my apartment. The cab arrived (later than promised), but I was expecting that. As we pulled up to my apartment, I paid for the cab with my phone and even got a confirmation number saying I had paid. Unfortunately, the transaction didn't make it through their system (or so they said). The cab driver was wanting payment, so I told him to contact his dispatch. He did. They didn't answer. He tried again. Finally some clown answered the phone. We spoke with him. He insisted that I hadn't paid and that my card hadn't been charged. Finally after about ten minutes of back and forth arguing, we gave up and my cousin paid for the ride. Come to find out today, my card did get charged. Never again will I use this cab company!

The cab service in Kansas city has to be the worst I have ever encountered After arriving at St. Joseph hospital by ambulance I called the service for transportation home I have been waiting for 4 hrs.Tha dispatcher says they are independent contractors so they don't have to answer. So if the dispatcher has no authority to get a passenger picked d up AFTER 4 HOURS why does the position exist. And I am still waiting while writing this review. As I stated the can service in KC is the worst I have ever encountered. ZERO STARS

Ugh. I lied. Back to their old shenanigans. But now that they've teamed up with Taxi Magic, they've found new and exciting ways to piss me off. - blatantly no-showing after accepting rides on Taxi Magic. - calling to see if fares are worth their time, and refusing to pick up if they don't think it is. For example, they can't be bothered to drive from downtown to Westport. - just being the most awful human beings on the planet. You'd think that with ride-sharing apps encroaching upon them, that they'd want to maybe NOT push potential customers away, but it's so clear they don't give a fudge. Well fudge them.

Look... We should have walked. I KNOW we should have walked. There was nothing keeping us from trekking from our loft in the Crossroads to the Sprint Center except simple vanity. That's right, from some indefensible reason, I demand that I wear a blazer anywhere I go. Where are we headed? Grandmother's funeral? Farmer's market? Gas station? Great! I've got JUST the sports coat. So Pearl Jam was coming up and we were going and I decided to wear a blazer. But of course. And so I didn't want to walk and risk getting sweaty and uncomfortable. So I decided we'd take a cab. 5:20-- Reserve cab online. Awesome idea. All I have to do is press a few buttons and BAM! cab at my door. Used it once and with roaring success. That time, cab was here in 5 minutes. And that's what they said THIS time. I reserved, I got an email saying 'your cab will arrive at 5:27.' This may seem weird until you realize that we live right around the corner from where the cabs idle (the park just north of Crown Center). 5:27-- Standing outside. Beads of sweat forming. No cab. Cool. 5:32-- I get a text from the cab company. This is normal because you input your number when reserving the cab. 'Jamir is your driver. He will arrive in 10 minutes.' Dang. 22 minutes after first reserving the cab, 15 minutes after they INITIALLY said it would be there. Cool. Wipe your brow. Continue waiting. 5:50-- No cab. What to do? We were supposed to meet our people at 6:00. Looking unlikely. 6:00-- Dulaney says 'B, call the cab! Call them back!' I call back. I get mad at the dispatch lady on the phone. I tell her, 'you know what? Cancel my fucking cab.' She's heard this before. She does so without argument. 6:05-- We call a second cab company. Now we're past the point of just hoofing it. Second cab company says 'when will we be there? Geez. It's Monday. Nothing going on. Give us ten minutes.' 6:15-- Still no second cab. Oh, Yellow Cab shows up. Sits outside our building. Honks. We laugh. He leaves. 6:45-- Second cab company shows up. 30 minutes after we expected him. Driver is super nice, though. Gets us there in 3 minutes. I tip him like he just won the Somalian lottery. He is grateful. 7:00-- Finally drinking with friends. We take too long, miss Band of Horses. Fuck Yellow Cab. Point is, I'll never use Yellow Cab again. I don't care if they're my only ride home from prison and I've just done 20 years (for killing a Yellow Cab employee, of course). FUCK YELLOW CAB. Did I say that yet? Ok, good. The only problem is, we only barely care about cabs in this city. Yellow is well known. They'll continue to make money. All I ask is that it's not from you, my fellow Yelpers.
