I have to take my hat off to Chick-fil-A. I can't speak for all of them but the one in liberty hires workers with disabilities and they are so polite and a joy to see how hard they work and how much they really want to make a difference. This is only one of the many reasons I will give them five stars. Very well trained staff in every aspect and did I failed to mention their food is outstanding. One of their employee table workers stopped by, her name is Macy. So kind, and not only that but she asked me if there was anything she could do for me and I suggested that yes she could bring me a water and she did but more importantly she brought me a big smile. I love this place. I know there has been a lot of negativity about the Chic-Fila and their religious believes. The way I look at it is their business and they can run it anyway they like as long as they treat people right , Provide a great service to the community, hire awesome employees and make me smile.

I guess I was late to the dance as this was my first time. It must be very popular as it was Extremely busy at 2:45 on a Saturday. Lobby was full as was the drive thru. They had attendants taking orders with what looked like iPads and directing traffic. Although they seemed to be well staffed Lobby tables were not being cleaned as patrons left. Ordering was fast to a point I felt rushed. Having no time to really read the menu and pressure of line behind me. We ordered for dine in and were given a table top tag. After finally locating an open table we sat down. Our food arrived a few minutes later bagged like a " to go" order. The girl explained that when it's busy they bag all orders to go in case you can't find a seat. Our food was hot and our order was correct. My granddaughter said the Mac and cheese was really good. I had 3 piece chicken strips. Which came with waffle fries. They were not overly greasy but could have been better seasoned.

Our family dines multiple times per month at other CFA locations; however, we visited this location for the first time for dinner on a trip to Liberty. By far the worst CFA experience ever. All our meals were inedible - chicken sandwiches had soaked, soggy buns and rubberized chicken while the chicken strips were brown and smelled rotten. Attempted contact the share feedback directly but no response.

Kind of the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had, so bland,dry. I wish the kale side came in a option for a full size I liked that alot! But who can get full on 4 bites of kale? Fries ok not terrible but also wouldn't order again.

I was heartbroken to see the indoor playground is still closed. It seems they like using it for storage too much that it won't be opened. This used to be a tired mama respite. They had much more helpful staff. The food was fine. It just stinks that I can't meet friends and my kids have nowhere to play on rainy days. I just can't believe they still have it closed. Nowhere has kept their ridiculous Covid restrictions this long, I think that's their insane excuse to keep an extra storage room as the playground has been overtaken with storage.

Chick-fil-A does not disappoint. I am always able to get in and out of their drive through in a very timely manner. I often wonder why other businesses cannot be as efficient as they are. I also love the reward system on their app. I was able to buy lunch for my friend and I both today and it only cost me $3.86. Woohoo to redeeming rewards!

Came here for lunch. Kept finding white hairs all over my food. Already went in once because my order was wrong, didn't bother going in again because I'm on a timed lunch, staff was nice inside but the outside people are a little off.

The Liberty store does not live up to the standards that other stores do. The inside of the store is always dirty. I've tried a few times to eat inside, lots of empty tables and they are always dirty. Several people walking around but not sure what they were doing The staff was nice but the floors and tables dirty.

We arrived in the line for the drive-through was wrapped around the store. We had placed an order ahead on the app so we took our place in line. When it was our turn at the window we let them know we had an online order and he advised us to pull on through. Not even one minute later our food was brought to our car window and we were on our way. I'm always impressed by the quality and freshness of the food here as well as the speed and efficiency and getting orders out the door.

Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly. They are super fast. The owner always gives me free food in my rewards app for being a loyal customer. Love it here.
