My favorite McDonalds. Food is good and fresh, employees are really nice. Hannah is always really nice and helpful when I come in on break. She's a good refresher from the typical rude fast food employee. Plus she's cute, so that's good! :)

What could improve: Food & Customer Service. 1. Customer Service: Ordered through Drive-thru, 8:30pm, only car. Ordered two separate meals. When at the pickup window, the girl at the window handed me one order and immediately closed the window - so fast that I couldn't ask about the second order. I sat there until she opened the window again and I explained that I had another order. Got the order and she shut the window again very quickly. Never once said thank you. Very rude service. No other customers in line that warrants dismissive attitude towards customers. 2. Food: Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal. Neither cheeseburger had pickles. The fries were under cooked, limp and mushy raw where the fries bend. Could tell that whomever cooked the fries, they were thrown the the fryer in clumps.

The food was amazing. The toys we're cute and the service was amazing. All of the workers were kind. but it also looks like when it most of the workers weren't there and there was only one girl working. but the chef was there.

Placed a mobile app order for pickup, when i got there they were "cleaning" their frappe machine at 7:30am, so when I got to the first window to pick up my order they asked if I wanted something else. I really didn't want anything else, but the lady at the first window didn't even really give me the option of getting a refund for the drink. I said I'd just do an iced mocha, which is almost a $1 less than the frappe is. I asked the girl at the other window about the fact I paid for something more expensive than what they are giving me, and then she seemed to want to avoid refunding me the difference, without giving me anything to make up for it. she kept saying the same thing over and over, what the price difference was, as if my little bit of money shouldn't make that much of a difference that I paid for a crappy iced mocha instead when I really didn't even want anything as a substitution for what I initially ordered. At that point i didnt even want to deal with her anymore because when she shut the window again i saw her roll her eyes as she walked away to get the manager. Garbage customer service when I was the only customer even in the drive thru the entire time I was there, and i was not mean at all when i asked about the price difference. It could have been as simple as just giving me a size up on the drink i did get, or refunding me the drink i ordered because i clearly didnt get it. Basic customer service. I'll go down the street, further out of my way to the more popular location off 152 before I come back here for breakfast. Breakfast crew here does not pass the vibe check.

dude literally fucked up my brothers order and we let them know we asked for plain McDoubles (nicely may I add) heard them talking shit the whole time they're remaking them and the cook brought us a bag saying okay PLAIN MCDOUBLES and bro put bacon bits all over them LMAO this location is trash. This one is part of the Essig group- hours listed incorrectly, closing hours early or opening late, receiving completely wrong orders, and seem to only be willing to deal with issues when bad reviews are posted. My new rule is if you see the name Essig at the location, just leave, it's not worth the hassle & there's probably a better location not managed by them easily accessible.

This restaurant has less than desirable customer service. Ordered a meal with a coffee drink. Food was handed out the drive thru window fairly quickly, however I was told to pull up and wait for the coffee drink as no one had brought any cream up to the front of the restaurant at the prep station. 30 minutes later I had my wife check inside in the status of the coffee drink only to told that no one had brought any cream up. While all this transpired, the food order was cold. When we received the coffee drink (45 minutes after we ordered, it was a profound disappointment that cost $5.00! Very sad that the restaurant has such a dismal attitude and cares so little about taking care of their customers!

Love coming to this mcdonalds. I prefer this one than the others close by. Staff has always been friendly. We always have great tasting food and our mobile order as always been great. Never gotten an order wrong. Thumbs up to this store . I will continue to come here:)

From the perspective of a mid-afternoon, once-a-week dine-in guest who only orders fries and a Coke... PROS: - Typically this crew maintains a very clean dining area including spotless floors, disinfected tables, and pushed-in chairs. - Two cashierless payment kiosks were recently installed which makes ordering and paying quicker and less cumbersome. In fact, it look me about a minute to order and pay for a Coke and fries. - There's a stoplight off 291 which makes entering and exiting the lot a painless affair. CONS: Fries are meh; that is, they're not hot and salty and served as intended but rather limp, slightly warm, and rather lifeless. - Staff is well intentioned but often slow at competing a task which translates into little to no sense of urgency in serving the customers.
