As always, the food here is really tasty and fresh. The staff are always friendly. I didn't go inside, so I can't speak for the ambiance, but in the past it has always been clean inside. I had the kalua pig and pulehu chicken. Both were very good and the pasta salad is always good. A must try if you want a change from the sweet variety of Hawaiian style fare.

Technically, this was my first time having Hawaiian food. The staff was really nice answered all our questions. The food was also super flavorful. The meat was very tender and good. I love macaroni salad so I was super excited to try it and it did not disappoint. I also tried the "spam" sushi. I had to. It was pretty good!

To sum it up in a word, WOW! So some back story. After trying that other Hawaiian joint twice and getting ill the last time, I had resigned myself to believing Hawaiian food was not for me. I have been seeing Mo' Bettah and the reviews. So I figured I would be brave and give it a try. Afterall, all my other fellow Elite's couldn't be wrong. Fair warning, I ordered this DoorDash, so I cannot review the actual building and staff, this is strictly carried by the food. Since I wanted a sampling, I got the Ekolu with Kalua Pork, Tempura Shrimp, and Katsu Chicken. My food arrived piping hot and when I say they stuffed that container, they really did. I got a huge portion of rice, a big portion of Macaroni Salad, and the three meats. I also got three sauces to try. Teriyaki, Katsu,and Yeobo sauces. I started with the Macaroni Salad which was flavorful and a very well balanced union of savory and sweet. This just may rival my all time favorite pasta salad in the city (my fave is D'Bronx Pasta Salad in OP). Not being the biggest white rice fan, I went on to the meats. I started with the Katsu Chicken and it was crispy, moist and had a great flavor. The Katsu sauce paired well with the whole thing, but the true show stopper was the Yeobo sauce. A brown sauce that is a great balance of sweet, salty, savory, and spicy. Had I known how good the Yeobo sauce was, I just would have ordered more of it. The Tempura shrimp were fried to perfection. Nice and juicy, yet crispy and light. Last but not least, the Kalua Pork. Now I think this is a dish that just isn't my thing. It is slow roasted shredded pork and there is something that is a traditional seasoning I am guessing that does not agree with me. That said, it was still very good. meat was moist and juicy with a lot of flavor. To wash all of this down, I had a Strawberry Guava Lemonade, I was very impressed and duly surprised with the quality and flavor especially given that this was delivery and arrived piping hot. I really am glad I took the risk and tried it. Nice to know it wasn't the cuisine and I love Hawaiian fare. Definitely give them a try, their quality is unmatched and you will want to go back, soon and often.

I always have an amazing experience here. Everyone who works at the store is friendly and accommodating. I tried to use a Labor Day BOGO 50%off coupon I got in my email today, but the link wouldn't work and just said this offer is no longer valid (even though it says it's valid through 9/3.). So they gave me a full BOGO Free deal!!! I've never experienced the same kind of customer service at "the other guy's" place (H Bros). Mo Bettahs is the only place I'll go for this kind of fresh off the grill food.

Despite having worked at the Blue Springs location, this chain is one of the only ones I will still eat after having worked there. From personal experience, food safety is followed closely and consistently! The team members at this location are very friendly and know how to get the job done efficiently, and the food is above and beyond; I truly do enjoy eating here. The seating is accessible and I can actually see the food line (which is very rare for me) behind the glass, and I can easily reach the soda machine as well! My only gripe (which is why this review is 4 and not 5 stars) is that the bathroom isn't completely wheelchair accessible and I had to ram the trash can to be able to get to the sink, and the soap dispenser is a bit too high up for someone like me with a disability to comfortably get hand soap. Alongside that, the doors are rather heavy, and I definitely had to do a maneuver to open the door to escape the bathroom

I tried this place once when it first opened and it was pretty good. This most recent visit I'd say the food was average at best. On top of that when we were ordering the staff working seemed like they would rather be doing anything else then making our order and ringing us up.

I dropped food at this location as a DASHER on time and early - NOTE; I am THE BEST DASHER in Kansas City with a 4.98 rating with over 2,000 orders in 4 months. The MANAGER at this store ordered food via DOORDASH then proceeded to call in a bad experience on my end - All I did was hand him his food. I didn't say a word to him. Because I wasn't chucking and jiving, he proceeds to message me that I had 'garbage' attitude when all I did was hand him his food. Now let's go back a little briefly to explain the why's. Arriving at the store to deliver this guys food, I called him 3 times because the location wasn't in the app. I finally get a hold of him and he tells me it's at 'MO BETTAHs' I get there and no one knows the name of the guy on the order - NOT even his own employees. So here I am in the store for 10 minutes, cops are in the store wondering what I am doing and why I am delivering food at ANOTHER restaurant LMAO. He finally comes out of his office knowing to expect me because I had just talked to him on the phone and of course he could probably tell I was upset; is it illegal for me to be upset? No. Especially if I didn't say anything to him?.....Absolutely not. Note: This whole transaction costed me 40 minutes of my time for $4.00. He messages me, and I then go on to explain to him the why's in the politest manner and he goes on to do exactly what I was explaining. Based on his lies,, I get a message from doordash as a warning for being and creating an ABUSIVE ENVIRONMENT & language and didn't say a word to this guy in person nor did I use ANY inappropriate language besides me being black roaming around a store looking for a manager I clearly didn't know ordered the food. Here's what they said in the attachments Here's the deal. I'm in the entertainment business with some of the best lawyers I guarantee you; THE NEXT TIME I am threatened of my job and have have any problem with this location, WE WILL GO THERE. I delivered food from this location a million times no problem - all employees were awesome until I met this guy. Next time I get ANYTHING regarding my way of living, just know what time it is
