We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas with extra beef, extra sauce, and extra cheese! It has no extra beef, and came looking like it was thrown up in the air or the driver was doing doughnuts and they forgot the soda, brought us a HOT 2 liter 20 minutes after they delivered the pizza smh we are very disappointed

Spent $108 on food today 2 of the pizza we're not cooked all of the way. Just go to Pizza Hut the pizza is cooked all of the way. The hot wings cold I. The middle. Stay a way. This is not the 1st time. Navel get this from here if you like hit food and pizza that is not dough in the middle. My 8 year old put it in the trash!!!!! So you know it was bad. Take a look at the picture of our delivery. The person carried it under his arm. When I asked him if this was going to a problem, he said it doesn't matter. I do not recommend anyone get delivery from them.

This Papa John's is generally great! we have only had one instance where a sub-par pizza was delivered (it was burned to a crisp) and the manager fixed the problem by quickly issuing a refund. I've noticed as of late that Papa John's will sometimes use Door Dash, instead of their own delivery drivers. There's no way to know at the time of ordering if it will be DD or a Papa employee who delivers. This is mainly an issue because DD always takes forever to pick up the order, and it's not as hot and fresh as it is when a Papa employee delivers. all in all, this is one of the best pizza joints in Liberty.

They forgot my breadsticks even though, I had them repeat back to the order and they repeated my order including breadsticks. Minor thing but I wanted my breadsticks.

If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. We've tried to give them multiple chances to get our orders right, and it just doesn't happen. We've submitted online orders and they claim they never received them. We have ordered 30 minutes before we needed to pick up, and it's terrible service. I figured giving them multiple tries it may have gotten better, and it doesn't. Absolutely ridiculous. They also make us reorder it in store, and so we're charged twice instead of once.

Ordered a small pizza, Two 8 piece wings, and bread sticks. Only got one 8 piece wings and never received the other 8 piece. Called the restaurant.. Was told they would deliver the other 8 piece ASAP. Never happened. Went up there before close, Phil the night time manager is whom I spoke with. I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 days. It was only $8 worth that was missing from the order. Never received the refund. They just stole my money and time. They couldve made the wings before closing but was too lazy. The employees seemed high on something as well. Id give negative stars if I could.
