We were served by Lisa, and she was very hospitable! The food was good and came out fairly quickly. It was clean and everyone was friendly. The prices were a little on the high side, but the food was good value. The all you can eat fries were very good!

well last 2 times i was not impressed with the burger so this time i ordered the fish n chips and they were REALLY GOOD we were a party of 9 everyone was satisfied/ happy. waitress was pretty good. the a/c vent was blowing right on the table again same as last time chilling the food and us

This is my first time at this location. I enjoyed the different design of the building, bar area, and dining rooms. Our bartender/server did well for us. He respected our casual, just killing time pace. The current Margarita promotion drew us in. Enjoyed a frozen Margarita (although not the biggest fan of the pre-made ones dispensed from the machine) and a pretzel bites appetizer. The pretzels were lacking salt. That's a big part of what makes a pretzel a pretzel. :( This, however, is one of my better experiences with RR (as they have been very mixed over the past several years)

pretty grossed out. ordered food for me and my daughter and she has hair in her food visible black hair while me and my dlaughter have blond hair. Our waiter was so sweet and tried her best to get us a refund on my daughter's food. the manger on duty (Ally) on the other hand didn't care no apologys even denied a refund on a $6 dollar meal. she was rude and didn't care it's not even about the money it's about being nice to the people who choose to eat hear. Next time I'll go somewhere else. It's my daughter they were feeding. image who else they do this too.

Don't make bad decisions snd go to a chain restaurant! My good guidance and gut instinct went out the door this past Friday as I pulled into the Res Robin at Zona Rosa. The hesitance was met with the disappointment we are all seeing post Covid snd in the economy. Cost cuts, menu changes and overall lack of quality abounds with Red Robin now. This was all coupled with my husband and I both being awoke that night with stomach cramps. While I can't say with certainty it was the food here, it was very much associated to what we experienced. We did sit at the bar and the waitress was nice snd attentive. BRING BAVK SOUP SALAD and r everything that Mae RR a staple Choi ice for chain restaurants.

I shouldn't be shocked because I've never had a bad experience at Red Robin, but this was particularly incredible. I can't believe how nice Manager Destiny and our server Lacey were. That's kind of attitude I love to see, especially when I'm traveling. My food was cooked to perfection and gave me exactly what I needed. Very clean, very inviting. Just wanted to say thank you for making my day. Cheers!

BEWARE: if you make a reservation the day BEFORE for your son's birthday for a party of 11, and a party of 20 and 30 come in before you.... Even though you were 5 minutes early to your reservation.... They will kick your reservation and claim you never made one even after you show them proof of the conversation. My entire family was split up in different booths around the restaurant, ruining my son's 6th birthday dinner. We weren't offered a solution for their mistake either after speaking to their manager. I'm highly disappointed in this location and the way they handled my family. My elderly grandfather was made to sit at a separate table so the other parties that arrived before us could all sit together. If I could give this Red Robin location 0 stars I would. My family and I will definitely not be retuning.

Queso burger was booty, don't recommend, the cheese was like melted plastic and plain, zero flavor, almost like eating paper. Fries were gas as usual though, bussin frfr.

The service here is consistently AWFUL, as in this was my third and final attempt to eat here. Never again. Takes forever to get a table, then ten minutes before someone shows up, then another ten to get drinks back, no touching base again until the food shows up. The food is greasy and orders never come correct. Four orders correct out of six. Again, for the third time. Huge waste.
