The free coffee was especially good! The breakfast buffet had a sandwich with cage free eggs, a waffle bar, lots of carb choices, bacon, omelets, a little station with nuts, raisins, craisins, strawberry compote, cinnamon to put on yogurt and oatmeal, apples, bananas, oranges, and like I mentioned very good coffee. Front desk people were super friendly. Room clean, nice sheets and beds. Quiet room. Everything we needed for a great night sleep.

I have been staying here for a work project for a few months and I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff here are top notch. Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and super genuine. I have stayed previously at a competitor chain for work and the customer service was not even close. Staying here makes me miss home a little less. Leaving here I will definitely miss the staff. From breakfast with Amanda and Wanda to the front desk with Makayla, Jonathon, and Malik, and of course Amber, the bartender who gives me all sorts of good area advice for food, etc. Even the maintenance guy is super responsive and kind in the halls despite being busy and running around all the time. They really take care of this place and it shows. The rooms are SUPER clean and the beds are really comfortable. I love that there are little kitchens too! I would highly recommend staying here if in the KC area. Even if it isn't quite near your destination, it's worth the little extra drive to have the piece of mind to know you're staying at a clean place with fantastic people. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The lady working the overnight/late shift is extremely nice and sweet. Wonderful customer service, rooms, cleanliness and great prices. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you ever need a place to stay in this area. I will for sure be back and won't even hesitate to book again.

Listen... these suites are smaller than a cabin in a cruise ship. I couldn't even open my luggage. The living room furniture is crunched up and stacked on top of itself in a corner. To make it worse the service is not great. TownePlace should have never been out here. I liked the location but you can see the cars so close to your window, I was on the top floor the bottom floors are blocked by the hill for the off-ramp.

The room was advertised as a suite but in fact was a regular size room with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. However, to do add those, the bathroom was small. The room was spotless, and the shower was good. Past that, the hotel was a two star at best. The provided breakfast was not good. It was on par with what is provided at a super 8. The inroom coffee was terrible and so was the lobby coffee. The fitness room was a joke. They had some cardio but only a selection of 5 sets of dumbells - it appeared that they cheaped out and did not buy a full set or some had been stolen. We were charged $150 for a $100 room.

We checked in very late but our room was ready and very clean. The water pressure in the sink and the shower was very poor. It took several minutes to fill a few inches in the small sink. The bathroom sink faucet is too close to the back of the sink so water goes everywhere when you wash your hands. The sink is also positioned poorly for general use. They need to rework this for the next remodel. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast was poor. There was an omelet but it was crispy, overcooked and dark brown on the edges. The waffle batter was off. Except for breakfast it is a good hotel.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We were there during a lacrosse tournament so we had lots of teenage kids. Staff tried to keep them under control but they could only do so much. Shame on the parents for not parenting.

I had stayed at this hotel once in the past. Our family booked 3 rooms as funeral in town. The hotel is clean, pleasant and quite nice. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms have kitchens, the rooms are spotless and very nice. Great location. Sgops and restaurants close. 20 minutes to airport and 30 minutes to family. I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We had to book a stay using hotels.com to keep our credit with them. We had someone in the area we wanted to visit, so we picked this place for it's location (not RIGHT next to the airport) and the price (high enough that you know you are getting something nice, but not so high you are breaking the bank). The hotel is in a fairly new strip mall right off the freeway. That is nice because there are plenty of places to eat/shop nearby, and you can pop on the freeway with ease. We had a king room, and it was great. There is a nice living area with a fridge, stove, microwave, couch, and TV. It felt cozy. The bedroom was just off the living area and again made good use of the little space hotel rooms have. The room was clean and in great condition. You won't get much a view (parking lot or highway), but that's ok. The room was so quiet too. I never heard anyone walking in the halls or noise from the parking lot. It was great. They do a really solid breakfast too. Normally I'm meh about hotel breakfast, but this was actually decent. I made my own waffle and had some fried eggs with sausage patties. It was a nice change from the weird scramble and rubbery sausage links. Good work! My husband was ecstatic to see their grills on the patio. It was really nice that they provide that option for people staying a bit longer. Gives you more of a feeling of home. Check in and out was a breeze and staff was super friendly. We will be coming back a few times, and most likely for some longer stays, so this seems to be the ticket for us. 9/100

The hotel is pretty clean, mostly because it seems to be newer. The staff is friendly (except for the cleaners; maybe they are overworked due to the extra cleaning standards for covid). HIGHLY disappointed with the breakfast. I totally understand the precautions that need to be taken during the pandemic, but it's the same variety of packaged dry muffins, close -to -frozen bagels, and nutrigrain bars. Every. Day. It feels like groundhogs day. No milk. No cereal boxes. Breakfast sandwiches on the weekends would be nice. Just a little taken aback with the Marriott brand that hotel prices are the same as they were pre-covid but the breakfast is on par with a vending machine. UPDATE- not sure if my review had an influence, but now the hotel provides mini cereal boxes and frozen breakfast burritos. Not awesome, but it's a nice addition. So, thank you TowneSuites
