I will not be returning to this location. Unfortunately, there are too many other Jimmy John's and other sub places in the area that far surpass this one. I ordered online today, opted for curbside, then headed that way. They don't have any parking spaces or any area marked as curbside or to go or anything. We parked, checked in on the app, and then sat there for no less than 10 minutes waiting for it to be brought out. Several times I second guessed if they even had curbside pickup. Finally someone came out and I was on my way. I always order the same thing at Jimmy John's, a Club Lulu: Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and I add cheese. The sandwich I received today is the saddest sandwich I've ever had from a Jimmy John's. There were literally 2 pieces of turkey in the entire sandwich. I know because I initially doubted if they even put turkey on the sandwich so I took it apart. The sandwich was basically a bread and lettuce sandwich. I don't know what's going on with this location but that was super unacceptable. Not worth the $11 dollars at all. I will definitely not return to this location and I highly recommend ordering from a different store.

While visiting, I decided to introduce my mom to JJ's! We both ordered the same sandwich; however, I go with their unwich, which is sans the bread! I'm already a fan, but now my mom is! Service was polite and fairly quick and we ate there in the shop. The only reason to dock a star was every table in there was slightly messy... we had to wipe it with napkins prior to sitting down. Short stay, self serve iced tea which I filled up on my way out and we were on our way!

In today's technology driven world it's amazing that people can't do simple tasks like update their hours...according to the staff they don't close at 10 they close at 9. Not that hard to lock the doors when you're closed or have the store hours posted on the doors so people can see them. I walk in at 9:14 and am greeted by the staff with "hello" so I say hello back and start looking at the menu. After I'm standing there for a minute or so and then the same staff member says "hi we actually just closed we close at 9"...

We were curious about Jimmy John's, they seem to be on every corner. Finally went to the location on Johnson Drive ... Never again. We used the app and did curbside pick up. FPO got a giant spicy Italian (16") and I got a caprese pesto "unwich". Don't get an unwich, just trust me on this. Iceberg lettuce replaces bread. It was a disaster and definitely not worth $10.39. FPO's sandwich was a little better. It reportedly had, good flavor ... unfortunately, the bread was rock hard. They also forgot the chips we added on and when we went in to get them, the employee's response was, "My bad".

We had a great, quick lunch here. The sandwiches were made to order and both guys working behind the counter were friendly. I really liked the Tuscan wrap for a change from my normal order!

The food was great. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was put together perfectly. The lobby was very clean and everything was stocked as it should be. I think our server was Kyle and he did an excellent job.

I love Jimmy John's, but this is the only location I have ever been to where they over-baked the bread. As many times as I have eaten a JJ's sandwich, it has never looked like this. I'm literally having to chip away the outer layer because it's so hard

Told the lady 3 times what I wanted, I asked for lettuce and oil so they completely drowned the bread until it was soggy like it was dunked in water on the inside. Slimy soggy interior. Got my sandwich and then had to repeat that I had extra cheese after I got my sandwich. I checked it after watching the guy read the ticket and not put extra cheese on (they were totally going to charge me for extra cheese and not even make sure I got what I ordered) (maybe one other person was in there it wasn't busy and they weren't confused but when I asked about extra cheese they all looked at me like I was dumb) so they put that on there. The bread was completely hard at the end and broke off. I just left with it because other people were coming in and they obviously don't care about their product as my food was a disaster and they happily took my money. I couldn't even eat it, I was drinking melted bread and oil. The bread was so bad I could scrape the mushy interior out and the hard ass shell still held shape. So the outside was stale and leathery and the inside was Macerated with oil and vinegar. Every other Jimmy John's puts the lettuce and oil inside the meat so the bread doesn't completely melt. Absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Jimmy John's. I would rather they had accidentally got tuna on it again than SELL ME OLD STALE BREAD. It's really really disappointing they can't correctly make one sandwich in an unbusy shop, and then sell me old hard bread like I'm not going to notice my sandwich is harder to bite through than an old fricken shoe. Never going back to this location again I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes than risk getting another sandwich like that. Thanks for ruining our lunch date and wasting my money. They are really okay with making the most bare minimum shitty sandwich and selling it to people. Should be ashamed they are selling that bread to people. Pretty sure it was day old bread it was so hard and leathery. We don't eat out a lot and this really put me off ever going to Jimmy John's again if that's how you allow people to make and serve food. I'm not mad at whom ever is reading this just mad I wasted money and time on a shit sandwich they were pleased as anything to give to me. All of the bread was just sitting on racks in the open air. I'm not a chef but I know that's how you get old hard bread. That Jimmy John's is a mess and needs their eyes opened. I'd take pictures but I stomped it into the ground as I was hungry as hell, paid for a meal, and was given the absolute shittiest thing they could scrape together. The bottom bread didn't even break it's so hard and stale. You want people eating that hard ass old bread ? And taking their money? my husband wouldn't even touch it. I didn't want to call since they think the food is perfectly fine to sell to people, I doubted anyone would believe me. Sincerely - I'm still hungry but now I'm disappointed too.

A hoagie for folks who dont know what a good hoagie is supposed to taste like. This review is about Jimmy Johns in total, not this location. This location was fine, food came on time. But what i need to say is that this is a poor excuse for a hoagie. Being from the NE region where we take our hoagies very seriously this is super lame. Its got one slice of ham and one slice of provolone cheese on it. so each bite you get more bread than anything. The fact that none of these locations carry american cheese is annoying AF too.

I found the service at this location to be somewhat friendly, and freaky fast. My 8" turkey sub was fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was fairly new, and clean. No complaints.
