How can you not love chipotle! I'm going to be real here though - I am probably an evening regular (shhh don't tell hahah) as I can tend to work longer hours with my job. The staff is always super friendly and never treats me like I'm an inconvenience even if they aren't busy and it is a bit later. The restaurant is always super clean. I'm one to usually order a salad or quesadilla. Just wanted to send a huge shout out to Erica and the evening staff here - your kindness goes such a long ways and means more than you will ever know. Asked them what they did for Veterans Day. After the two workers up front communicated and said they did. Then had asked if wanted a burrito or bowl. They made my food than rang it up then told me they didn't do anything until 1600. Why they couldn't communicate that the three times I asked puzzles me. Don't even want this burrito will be finding a homeless person to eat it.

I decided a little Chipotle reward for adulting and getting some errands done was in order so I stopped in on my way home. It was after the normal lunch rush and there was no line. I almost always get a barbacoa bowl with brown rice and black beans. They were quite generous with the rice but gave me a half a scoop of beans. I asked for more, request granted, moving on. Cheese, sour cream, hot salsa, baby handful of lettuce. I asked for more lettuce, request granted, moving on again. They were a bit stingy initially with the beans and the lettuce (for some reason I find all Chipotle's to be stingy with the lettuce even if you specify extra, no idea why) but were happy to add more when asked. I like going in and watching my food being made for that very reason and I would advise it vs. ordering on the app. The food was good and as you'd expect from any Chipotle. Everything was fresh and had good flavors. My biggest issue during my last visit was the cleanliness of the work station and the restaurant in general. Where the food was being assembled was pretty disgusting. There was random food everywhere. No concern about cross contamination at all. They dipped the hot salsa spoon dab smack in the middle of the sour cream in my bowl, then put the sour cream covered spoon back into the vat. At the drink station, an entire bowl with a fork in it just sat there. No idea whose it was. I wondered how long the abandoned bowl sat there. There was more trash about and granted it was after the lunch rush, they seemed short staffed, but still...you gotta keep it clean people. The food was what you'd expect but I think based on the lack of cleanliness I'd choose a different location.

First off the portions made my burrito look like a Taco Bell $1 menu burrito. One tiny spoon of rice, one tiny spoon of beans, very little meat but a lot of pico and sour cream to make it look bigger. We tried to find a clean table to sit down and eat but every table in the place was filthy and needed to be wiped down. It's been a while since I've been to a chipotle and this is exactly why it's been so long. The quality of food was awful and I threw half or more of my burrito away.

This place is honestly horrible, customer service is awful, the portions are always inconsistent, and the dining area is always dirty and the workers are always chatting it up while prepping your food.

Am usually happy with this location but this past visit the portion size of chicken was so abysmal I started laughing. Got extra meat still a decent price but the portion sizes need to be reavaluWeighted.

I've always liked Chipotle and enjoyed going there. However, the last two times I have gone to one of their restaurants, I felt like the portions were consciously being reduced. One time the serving container was nearly empty and the employee scooped out the remaining steak and was ready to send me on. I then asked to give me chicken to make up the difference. Otherwise, I would have gotten about a half portion. Today, I hardly got any steak on my burrito at this location. The employee acted like he didn't care what he served. I debated asking to give me the rest of my serving but then just wrote it off since it looked like the portion size was intentional. When we got to a table, we had dried guacamole all over the table - very disappointing. I think I am going to start looking at other options since it is clear that things are slipping at this chain.

Why have a rack for online orders if you are just going to keep the order in the back. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online If you still have to wait for someone to hand you your order.

Normally this location is extremely dirty with food and cheese on the floor dirty tables but man the kids that are working today doing a good job cleanliness wise the line was slow and the wasn't working together when a station got backed up but it's much better than normally is shout out to the youth
