It was very hot inside and the store felt like it had the same atmosphere as a funeral. The staff was a little on the rude side, they acted offended or like I was somehow lesser for using a coupon code. Pizza was mediocre at best and it wasn't even cut all the way through. I asked for pepper and cheese and when I realized it wasn't with my Pizza I turned around and went back in. They said they would have to run my card again because packets of pepper and cheese costed extra even though I had already requested it at checkout. Very disappointing.

0 star if I could!! Made a carryout order of 4 pizzas, philly cheese steak and parmesan bites. So where were the pepperoni on here? No where to be found on the two slices eaten. Called the store and were hung up by MOD, a dude named Chris and three more calls were quickly hung up. Definitely don't go into pizza business if you don't know how to fulfill orders and care about your customers. Bye Dominos. Idc to order again even with a free pizza reward.

FPO tried to place a mobile order at 6:30 pm. An hour later FPO called to cancel and was told it would have taken 3-4 hours for a delivery. The girl on the phone claimed she tried to call with no luck but there were absolutely no missed calls on the phone. We'll not be trying this place again.

This place is utter chaos and so mismanaged. I ordered a pizza online, received the confirmation and followed the progress on Domino's Tracker. Upon arriving at the store there were 2 people in front of me and I could tell there were issues. The first people only had a part of their order and the manager was trying to figure out what happened. They ended up waiting for another pizza to be made. After waiting 10-12 minutes I was told my order would be out soon. By this time Domino's Tracker had already gone off and said my order was done. I wait another 10-12 minutes only to be told my pizza is still in the oven and would be out soon. The only person that seemed to be hustling and trying to figure out what was going on appeared to be the shift manager. The others employees wondered around lost or confused. I ended up canceling my order and told them this shit show of an operation was unacceptable and that they lost me as a customer. Came home and ordered from another pizza chain and had a fresh hot pizza ready in 15 minutes.

Not worth your time or money. I ordered online and paid in person. It's not worth my time to explain the long story but I was frustrated with my experience once I was done paying. So I said something to express my frustration (politely). He literally waved his hat at me and dismissed me entirely. And he did this in front of a another customer. I said I'm never shopping there again and he gave me a thumbs up and acted like an ass. I like their pizza but that service was maybe the most disrespectful experience I've ever had. And this isn't soup nazi in Seinfeld with the best soup. It's dominos... Please take your business somewhere else.

Wouldn't go back ever as long as Thomas was the gm. Put onions on a pizza that doesn't get onions(at least based off the online ingredient list) and claimed it's on his recipe and kicked me out without remaking my pizza. I had proof and everything saying that my order was done correctly. Update your recipes so they correspond to online ingredients.

Love this location if you place an order and expect a surprise, which is not what you ordered at all!! We ordered: A large pizza with sausage, mushroom and onion on Marinara. Only thing right about that order, was the mushroom! We got: A large pizza with chicken, olives and mushroom with an Alfredo type of sauce. Purely disgusting, but such a wonderful surprise!! The cat callers around the area that followed us into the store, really spiced up our experience. Not to also mention being told it was a 10-15 minute wait time, then leaving for that time, and coming back to STILL be told it was a 10-15 minute wait time!! Love to be left in the dark about that. ‍ This location is SUPER family friendly, so bring everyone and come enjoy the worst experience of your life!
