Stopped in for dinner at this Panera location. It was not busy and there was no one in line. Our food came out quickly. The food was good other than the salad was lacking on the dressing so I asked for extra. The restaurant was relatively clean and it was quiet. The only suggestion I would give is that the lightbulbs in the booth tables are exceedingly bright, and we had to move to a regular table.

Embarrassingly bad customer service. I could not understand a word they were saying, and it took about 5 minutes just for someone to come to the front and take our order.

ordered a pick-up order this morning of bagels. the bagels were just thrown into a paper sack...nothing else. No to go box, nothing. How sanitary are those grocery bags? Anyway, won't be visiting this store again. also the count was wrong on my bagels. do better ‍ Also, why are the pick up orders never on the bookshelf for rapid pick-up? You always have to stand in line to get your order. We came to this store because we were not happy with the quality at another Panera. This location is worse.

Their food continues to get more expensive and the quality goes down. I ordered a greek chicken salad. no chicken on the salad (I don't have time to go back up and get the chicken for my salad) and its on wilted romaine. No mixed greens to be seen. It also irritates me that when I place my online pick up order, I still have to stand in line to pick up it up, because it is always behind the counter and never on the pick up shelf. Panera used to be a place I felt their food was a few steps above fast food. Not anymore. They aren't even pretending to be healthy any longer.

i stop by this panera all the time and i have noticed that it does often seem to be understaffed. however i have rarely noticed a lack of service because of it. they are pretty nice here and sometimes can get busy but i dont think as busy as some other paneras i have been to. being part of the Unlimited Sip Club is definitely worth the pricetag, it is so easy to get the value from it and it is clever how it encourages you to stop by more. the pastries and food and drinks here are satisfying and tasty. the parking lot is a bit bumpy and hilly but dont let that deter you from a visit here. their technology works just fine with self ordering stations and a timely pickup carryout service that i have never had problems with

Pretty disappointed in this rebranding of Panera. Seems like they're using cheaper meats for their sandwiches and the chip bags have definitely gotten smaller. The baguettes used to have an amazing, crispy crust and now seem more like soft grocery store white bread. Sad to see things go downhill.

I love Panera Bread. I know it's a chain and the poor thing gets knocked unnecessarily for that on stars, but it really is a legit place to go. If you find one with great employees, double bonus. The PB in Mission are vnice and helpful. After two, very hot, soccer games Saturday, greasy food was not gonna cut it for me and I definitely didn't want to cook. Panera was fast, friendly, fresh and exactly what we needed. We all left full and happy. Bagels, salads, soups, sandwiches, sweets or coffee - a little something for everyone.

Not cool Panera!! This is terrible. Bread was rock hard. Barely any steak and over cook cheese.
