Quick, Filling, and Hits the Spot--Mostly Hawaiian Bros is a reliable stop if you're craving meat, rice, and fast service. The Honolulu Chicken is tender and flavorful, paired with white rice--no complaints there. But the "veggies" have a lot of red onion (why so much?), and the Mac salad is bland--skip it. Clean space, quick turnaround, but I wish they offered better vegetables. Solid chain option, just know what you're getting. 3.5

My company catered Hawaiian Bros for an employee appreciation event this week and it was a very smooth experience. I spoke live with a very friendly lady after calling their catering number, she recommended the best way to economically serve 20 staff. We had large trays of Huli Huli chicken, Luau Pork, steamed veggies, rice, macaroni salad and pineapple skewers. Sauces, plates and silverware were provided and it was all being boxed up and ready to transport several minutes before the pick-up time. By being a first time catering customer we also received a 10% discount. The buffet at work was a smash hit and will probably go on the repeat list for as one of our 5 lunches for next years Employee Appreciation Week. A well executed experience on all fronts.

The food all version so of the chicken is very taste almost addictive flavors but , here is the big but .. its really just at a price where its too expensive I can get a thai meal cheaper too much rice if you take out the meat put it on a plate or bowl then it really shows itself.

This was a new location for me, the staff was absolutely amazing. Super efficient and friendly. Was met with a smile and friendly demeanor. They bring the food out to you and they even came and checked everything was alright multiple times during my lunch even after they started getting busy with the lunch rush. The food was very good as well. I had a mix plate of the Huli Huli and Kilauea. I always enjoy the max salad it comes with. Keep up the great work!

So I fought long and hard about reviewing this one. At first I thought it was me just not caring for the cuisine. I tried it twice and I have come to the conclusion that what many of my friends experienced early on is no longer the case at Hawaiian Brothers. Now the location is super clean, bright and airy. The people are nice, but the young man I had on one of the occasions may have been new as he really could not help me pick dishes for my liking. Very friendly guy, just not product knowledgeable. I ended up trying four of their signature dishes: Huli Huli Chicken - The chicken was dry and had an odd tinge to it that was off putting. Couldn't finish it. Molokai Chicken - Again, chicken on the dry side, but had an okay flavor and not really spicy. Honolulu Chicken - This was the only one I would say I liked, but not enough to say I would have it again. They e chicken was moist and the green onion stood out, but it was just average to me. Luau Pig - In fairness, this may have been a taste thing, but I really could not stomach it. The meat was moist, but there was something in the seasoning that did not agree with me. All were accompanied with steamed rice and their signature macaroni salad which was WAY too sugary and seemed to be no more than sugar and mayo. Again, this may be an issue of me not liking the cuisine, but I was highly disappointed with Hawaiian Brothers. It definitely did NOT meet up to the hype.

Hawaiian Bros is awesome. Always great food. Love the machine salad. And the teriyaki sauce is killer. Molokai is my go-to but all the meals are amazing. And who cares where the owners are from. Is McDonalds owned by McDonald? Is Taco Bell owned by Mexicans? The food is great the staff is nice. And any time I see an HBros, I'm stopping there.

The place is nice and chill ambience but the food is an absolute abomination. Maybe they tried but dis Hawaiian is not sold. Musubi was soaked in some kind of teriyaki sauce and the rice was disgusting. The huli huli plate was gross. The mac salad taste like mayo and black pepper, the same gross rice from da musubi, the marinade on da chicken was not good

Hawaiian Bros was great. We got four orders of the classic mixed plate with 1/2 Huli Huli and 1/2 Honolulu chicken, plus extra mac salad and veggies. The chicken was good. It comes with additional teriyaki sauce cups and/or bbq sauce cups for free if you ask! The inside is clean and there's lots of seating. This was my first time. I'll be back to try the other plates.
