I can only speak from my experience of picking up my food to go, but that still counts right? I usually get Denny's when I'm craving a diner style breakfast later in the day, and I'm always satisfied. There are very affordable prices and a ton of different options whether you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Depending on a day, you may have to wait for someone to help you, but if you're going later in the night, then you will be helped right away. On Saturday and Sunday mornings this location may have more people, but I have zero complaints and I will be visiting again.

Had the super slam breakfast at the Denny's in Raytown. Asked for the eggs to be well done. They were not. Some of the hashbrowns were cooked right; half were not. The bacon was good but the sausage links appeared to be store bought. The pancakes were doughy. Overall the best thing was believe it or not, the coffee. The service was as good as it could have been. Didn't appear they had enough help because by time I did receive my meal; it was only lukewarm.

I ordered two stuff berry french toast. They didn't even "stuff" the french toast. The funny part about it is that they bother to put some on the toast. Yet can't even do the bare minimum. The customer service was awful and when I tried to call their number they refused to do so knowing they're in the wrong. Very lazy and unprofessional. I do not recommend doing an order or a pickup. If so check your food in front of their faces.

I ordered online for my grandparents, then went to go pick it up. This place is a STRUGGLE. First off, the front door was boarded up. Then I walk in and everything looks dirty. They don't seem to it all together. Three different people asked me if I needed help, but never followed up. Then come to find out my order wasn't ready and I found that out by the 4th person. I don't eat Denny's so I'm unsure on how the actual meal was.

We chose to go to Dennys for my free B-day dinner. My daughter ordered a steak (Heathery choice.) I had the Grandslam. Both were cooked expertly. Who'd knew,...a steak at Denny's with veggies would taste so good? Rebecca our waitress was very friendly and gave us great service. I like this place. Customer service at the front is very poor. Lady couldn't tell me a estimate time on the food because the people are working. Front lady was very disrespectful. I ask her to go ask and she went back there talking crap on me. I'd rate it 0 stars if it gave me the option.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped and no one said a word to me. I finally just ended up leaving

I've always had a great experience with Michelle. I observed her limping so I assume she's in pain but she's never let that stop her pleasant & welcoming aura. Just wanted to stop and say this about her because i have had many terrible experiences with the previous management & some of the staff that were clearly overwhelmed & just rude. When Michelle's in the kitchen she makes excellent Dennys food. After a long 16hr shift-Dennys & Michelle's is on my list to stop for a quick carry out & again she's ALWAYS on point. Or she's very patient in fixing the mess ups. HUGE THANK YOU to Michelle. Another young lady is there helping this location too. She doing just as much work as Michelle as it seems it's only ever them 2 at work. She's cool to me not all that inviting but hey I'm not offending by that-cause you never know what someone's going through or how they were treated right before I came into the store. That being said I think she does put a lot effort into customer service & she has been on point at times as well. So again THANK YOU to this young lady too.... Dennys they ABSOLUTELY NEED A BONUS-RAISE. If it weren't for these two, you wouldn't make a dime for this location. Let them know you appreciate their sacrifices for your company...! For real..!!

I have been working for Denny's on and off for 30 years. I just recently went back to work this time at the Raytown location. I take a lot of pride in the food I take to the table of my guests. If I would not eat it I don't expect any of my guests to. The most important to me are my guests because without them there is nothing. I work the evening close shift, Wednesday through Saturday from 2pm until midnight. I challenge anyone that has not had a pleasant experience to come back and let me show you how good the experience can be. My name is Rebecca Benson, and I hope to see you there someday.
