So the thing is if your employees are struggling to correctly input what somebody orders and it's not showing up on the board after THEY repeat it back correctly whose fault is it? If they are still changing things while repeating it back and telling you the total it's the consumers fault? Listen to sit an argue with someone over a medium French fry and a missing cheeseburger is crazy. While I understand people take advantage My order was repeated back to me with the number 7 I pay get to the second window and you guys forgot a fry which is when I realized I was missing a burger. The women at the window didn't speak English so she didn't understand. She grabs the girl with the beautiful eyes who had nothing but attitude. Don't talk to people like they are broke for coming to McDonald's when YOU messed up the order. I don't even eat McDonalds anymore. My kids got a treat today and this is what they picked and they couldn't even enjoy it because food was missed and then I provided the receipt and the excuse was of well he rang it up separate. So again he made a mistake which is okay but it's my fault? Train your employees how to handle this and realize talking to everybody crazy isn't going to work. The young lady with the eyes might talk to people like that behind the glass but we know she wouldn't do that in Raytown out from behind the glass or after work. The world is ugly enough without your employees behaving like entitled judgmental jerks. If you don't like working at McDonald's QUIT. And don't waste your time at this one just go to one of the other ones if you must eat McDonald's. Not everybody will be as polite as I am.

The food is always cold. During rush hour they should have really hot fries and hot burgers but no never and my cheese burger is always burnt and cold cheese is never melted like it just stays in the heat cabinet all day. I don't understand just take your time and cook the food fresh. Seriously your fries are never hot and under cooked.

I went in to get a caramel frappe today and placed an mobile order through the drive thru and there was a car in front of me there for 3 minutes and once I arrived to the window, I was told to park for a damn frappe which is mind blowing to me. So I went into the establishment to see why I had to park for a drink the cashier went running around for the supervisor which I didn't request actually haven't said anything to the cashier, well the supervisor came being rude stating that the caramel ran out and had to be placed into the machine which took 7 minutes okay that's cool and all but as an restaurant you should've knew when to check your machines. Then gets upset because i corrected her stating it's always issues with this restaurant and food is never fresh or hot with mobile orders and frappe are never made correctly. When you paying for extra in a frappe it's never prepared correctly. I definitely don't recommend this location at all they are falling off terribly and the staff needs customer service classes because customer service suck ass.

Riddle: Question: How many times in one day, can you screw up an order? Answer: 3 times for one visit. Wow. It's not friggin' hard. It is is easy. 2 pancakes, sausage and hasbrowns. Along with the other order. We didn't order the breakfast with biscuits. I don't care if your screen on the drive through isn't working, you read back what I told you, and you do it right. Okay, here's the scoop. I was with my mom, who was paying, and she offered it, being her idea. We ordered from the drive through, and it wasn't read back to us, which I absolutely cannot stand. Drove to the first window, and paid, drove to the second window, and due to their mistake, we were asked to wait. So, we waited. (They didn't have what I ordered on the receipt, and I corrected them at the window.) Out comes the manager, and gave us the bag. She stated it was the Big Breakfast. I took the bag, and it was wrong. We drove to an actual parking spot, and went inside. I ordered pancakes, sausage and hasbrowns, everything else was right. This time they had to deal with my mouth. And sometimes that's not very nice. I went inside with the bag and the receipt. I told them what was wrong, there was no pancakes. I told them what I ordered. They promptly told me they didn't have a breakfast meal with pancakes and sausage any more. So, they redid the meal, and forgot the hasbrowns. I was tired by then, and told them I wanted some orange juice, which they gave me for free. McDonald's is never my choice, but I wasn't paying for it, and I don't turn it down when I don't pay for it. In this situation, no one knew the menu very well, to correct me at the drive through when it was ordered in the first place. Train the employees to verbalize back what is ordered at the drive-through. I will never use the drive through again.

Bro tell me why these bitches got mad at me cuz I didn't know that they don't have lemonade fountain drinks so I ordered the drink right then they brought out a lemonade slushee and when I said I ordered a fountain drink the lady gone say "well that's what you ordered" when tf did I say slushee over here saying "well we don't have lemonade fountain drinks" like ok y'all should've told me that when I ordered in the first place . Do it look like I work here? Idk what y'all do or don't have the dude that took my order should've said y'all didn't have lemonade fountain drinks cuz I know I'm not the first to ask for one. Then she gone get the manager or whatever and they talk in Spanish while looking at me then finally say in English "well that's what she ordered" then he gave me a refund and said "well yk this isn't sonic" like if you don't stfu and give me my $1.72 ? Mind you they both weren't in uniform so why they got the people in charge acting like that ? I know they gone remember this if they see it too . I got my food tho. So moral of the story DONT ORDER A LEMONADE FOUNTAIN DRINK

If you use the drive through, expect to be asked to park and wait for your order. I worked management at a different location for a few years during the recession. This McDonald's appears to be drastically understaffed. Everybody seems to be performing the job of multiple people and are constantly underwater. I feel so bad for their employees. The franchise owner needs to be reported to corporate.

I ordered through the app to save time. I'm writing this while I'm still sitting here waiting on my food....10 minutes later. I would say go to another one but seriously go to Wendy's or Burger King instead.
