This is the best hidden gem in Raytown!!! The service is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everything is made to order with the freshest ingredients. The taste and the quality are superb!!!! This blew my expectations out of the water! Of all the "walking tacos" or "sabrilocos" i have tried before at other places.... this one is by far the best tasting one I've experienced. I suggest adding steak to it to make it even better! They also serve two of my other favorite things....quesabirrias and tamales! Also the prices are super affordable! I hope they keep growing and eventually have their own restaurant. Go support this Raytown treasure!!!!

For 12$ something after tax, you get 4 quesabirria tacos with consome! They are pretty good for a gas station's tacos. In fact, 5 stars alone for that reason. They recently opened sometime around May 29th 2024, so maybe its that: but my 3 stars comes from the meat. some chunks were very chewy as if it was mainly fat, and the way they are given to you in the tray is in a weaving style of the tortillas- this weaving style makes the cheese melt and cause sticking to the other tortillas, so when you lift one, meat may fall out and then the shells break and weaken super fast. These quesabirrias are only made with 1 layer of corn tortilla. The consome was very very good and the wait was only 7 minutes. alot of onion and cilantro, more than meat that is. I would advice maybe a better quality meat to really make it a 5 star review.

I had a very good experience starting with a warm welcome and wonderful aromas wafting from the kitchen area. The order was made perfectly and in surprisingly fast time. I'm definitely making this hidden gem here in Raytown a regular stop when I crave tacos done right!

The birria tacos were sooo good! Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station fool ya because these were fire! And the kitchen looked really clean too, by the way. I'll definitely be back!
