After a horrible time giving my order at the speaker, and confirming it at the window, still didn't get the apple juice for my grandsons meal. We were told to go around and park and someone would bring our food out. If we were allowed to stay at the window, this wouldn't have happened since we'd know immediately. Sounds trivial, but try explaining to a 3-yr-old why his "juice apple" is not in the bag. P.s. there wasn't anyone behind us so why we had to go around is beyond me.

One of the worst-run fast food restaurants I've ever encountered. The lighting & signage make it nearly impossible to tell if they are open or closed after dark. The staff has been unfriendly, uncaring, and slow on every one of my visits (my evening work commute & lack of other options forces my revisits), and they seem to be "out of" various items almost every time as well. I often see staff milling around idling vehicles (obviously friends, not customers) out front, often while I'm waiting at the drive-thru speaker for someone to acknowledge my presence. If I do eventually get food, it's often lukewarm or it's not what I ordered. I dare not send it back here... The franchisee is either absentee, clueless, or just doesn't care. Maybe all 3?

I wish I could give 0 stars. This afternoon my sister was treated very rude there by someone who called himself Larry (asst manager). It was all over the onion ring order being short thru the drive thru! Don't use this location this isn't the first negative they have had! Shame on you Larry or whoever you are! Women in their 60's are not targets that you be rude to!!!

I don't go to this location often, although I drive by it almost daily, it's at a busy intersection and often I have trouble communicating with the staff. I think you should be able to speak some English to take orders at a drive thru. Anyway, nothing sounded good for breakfast today so this was the last opportunity before I got to work. I was running a little late so didn't feel like going in some place. I'd seen those new gouda sandwiches advertised, but had forgotten about them. I got a bacon, egg & gouda breakfast sandwich. After repeating my order and correcting the order taker a couple times, she finally said "it's alright, come around". Well, I wasn't sure it was alright, but I drove around anyway. It took her several minutes to come to the window to collect my $3. Doesn't $3 seem a little high for a breakfast sandwich? I dunno. Anyway, she took my money, then I waited and waited. She finally went over and got my sandwich, which had been sitting in the window ready. By the time I got it, it was sorta warm, but the cheese never melted. The sandwich comes on an English muffin. I have to say it was actually pretty yummy. I would have preferred for it to be warmer, cheese melted, etc. but the muffin was good (I'm not a fan of English muffins) and the bacon was good. I wasn't sure I'd really notice the gouda, but I could. I think they put some kind of herbs on it too, but it wasn't overpowering. Good sandwich, meh restaurant, bad price. I probably won't get one again unless someone else is paying because I'm cheap like that.

I stopped in for an iced tea on a hot summer day. The value drink ($1.00) was a good deal for dine-in customers (free refills). The service was fast, and somewhat friendly, while the interior was clean. There was a play area for kids, but no free wi-fi.
